And the hotel itself might have deserved a higher rating, but we had a conflict with the staff, so I put only 5. I don’t want to go into details about the essence of the conflict, but it was, which actually ruined our trip and vacation in general . Therefore, I rate the hotel only 5, since the staff is one of the main components of success in the hotel business.
