Ужас!!! Horror!!!

I agree with the leading review, the hotel is terribly dirty, the plaster is crumbling. The photos were probably taken 100 years ago, they have nothing to do with reality. It looks like it hasn't been renovated since it opened. Towels are grey-brown. The shower is broken, you can just pull the safe out of the closet, it's not even attached. We took a bungalow, waited for 8 hours to be released at the reception. It was dirty and the walls were cracked. It's not even 3 stars but 1 or minus. A special “thank you” to the staff of the tour company from Turstanok, how could this be recommended, it’s cruel. Arrived for 7 days. I don’t know how we will survive here with 2 children in this unsanitary conditions. This is some kind of mockery - the walls are crumbling and there is dirt and fungus around. In no case do not go here if you are worried about your health. Nightmare and horror. Everything is dead, worn out, dirty (it’s scary to sit in chairs), it needs repair and replacement. There is no place in the hall where you can't look without tears. The hotel needs a major overhaul and replacement of everything. This is "0" stars. This is horror and nightmare!
