Rested with my husband together from 28.05. 07 to 11.06. 07y. at the PINE BAY RESORT 5 * hotel in the resort of Kusadasi, Aegean Sea. Climate: dry, heat is easily tolerated. Before where to go, to be honest, I broke my head, turning the Internet up and down - one big headache, re-read the reviews of all the hotels, in the end I could not make a choice. For us, the choice was made by Elena, the manager of the travel agency "Kontur" in Tomsk, and many thanks to her for this, she herself has been there more than once.

Everything was exactly as she said. Now about everything little by little. The sending party is Glarus tours, the meeting party is ta travel. Separately, I want to say about our guide Mergul, we were lucky with her, she is Turkish and speaks good Russian, met, accommodated, was at the hotel every day at a certain time, if there were any questions, she always explained everything - well done, we stayed very happy with her work.

But another guide went on excursions with us - Ness, also a Turkish woman, fluent in Russian.

Our hotel is located 65 km. from the airport of Izmir, it is 1 hour drive to the hotel and 6 km from the city center of Kusadasi. Since we have never been anywhere before, and abroad for the first time, we have nothing to compare with. But the hotel seemed super to us, in addition, as it turned out later, it has the largest territory (no exaggeration). The entire territory of the hotel is covered with flowering shrubs, various flowers, palm trees, pine trees - everything is clean, beautiful - just a piece of paradise! The landscape of the hotel is quite vertical. At first it is difficult to climb from the sea into the room many times. But how many kilograms of excess weight dropped. Who does not want to lose weight - order and wait for free minibuses, they will deliver you to any point of the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel is possible in a multi-storey building and in a bungalow. Bungalows are located along the streets along the terraces. Those closer to the sea are cooler, more expensive.
Higher - cheaper, a little cramped than a room in the building and than cool bungalows.

Services, entertainment, sports: 24-hour room service, disco, animation, TV salon, games room, amphitheater, 3 swimming pools (outdoor, indoor and outdoor for children), fitness center, kids club, tennis courts, mini-football, beach volleyball, basketball, darts, canoes, catamarans, billiards, Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi - all this is free.

For an additional fee: safe, hairdresser, internet, babysitting, medical care, shopping center, laundry, massage, table tennis, billiards, canoeing, banana riding, parasailing, jet ski, windsurfing, windsurfing school, scuba diving, school scuba diving.

Meals at the hotel according to the ALL type (all inclusive). Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, night soup. During breaks in the bars on the beach - pizza is just awesome, which is prepared in front of you, salads, etc.

In general, they are fed for slaughter - get ready to put on weight. The food is varied, but in 2 weeks you start to miss Russian borscht. Drinks are free (local alcoholic drinks - beer, wine, cognac, vodka, crayfish, cocktails, juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee). This system operates from 10 a. m. to 2 a. m. Paid for: imported alcoholic drinks, bottled beer, fresh juices, energy drinks. There are 6 bars and 2 a la carte restaurants on the territory of the hotel: there are two of them, meat and fish. We liked meat better

The beach is huge, sandy, showers, cabins, a private pier with stairs to the water, a lot of space, sunbeds, towels, sun loungers, umbrellas, mattresses - everything is free, the only beach towels are issued on a card issued at the reception, for losing a towel - a fine of 10 Euro. Normal people are not in danger.
By the way, when we swam, we left towels, a camera, and a room key on the sunbeds - no one will take it there - it's just that no one needs it. Mostly Russians and Germans swim in the sea, the rest of the foreign tourists prefer pools (I personally don’t understand this). The sea is warm, clean, transparent, but you need to beware of sea urchins, in some places they really do occur. This is something black, during the day it is immediately visible in the water, prickly, the size of an apple, sticks to the stones at the bottom, does not move. But in places of mass bathing they are not, or they are at great depths, but my husband nevertheless stepped on him, thank God, there were no such consequences as we were told, and still not pleasant.

About the room: standard, with a garden view (who needs a sea view - at the reception it costs less - pay 50 euros and go, and at a travel agency it costs 150-200 bucks more).
The room has a safe - free of charge, air conditioning (central), balcony, TV with 4 channels of Russian television (although we were told that there will be only 1 channel), a mini-bar with 2 bottles of Coca-Cola and 2 bottles of drinking water every day , hair dryer, soap, shower gel - everything is provided - for free. The room is cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day, bed linen - 1 time in 3 days, but if wrinkled, they change every day. To be honest, you spend very little time in the room, only change clothes and sleep.

A 10-minute walk from the hotel there is a cool water park Adaland. For tourists staying at our hotel, the water park services are free, and for tourists from other hotels, the entrance fee is $25. The water park has a lot of slides and cascades, a jacuzzi and an “artificial wave” pool. There is also a dolphinarium, but we did not go to it.
It’s better to go to the center of Kusadasi for gifts for relatives, it’s not far, dolmushi (local minibuses) run until 12 at night every 5 minutes, the fee is fixed - 1.5 lira per person, and just walking around the city is a nice thing. A huge bazaar in the center, they don’t grab you by the sleeves, the Turks love it when you bargain with them, they willingly drop prices or make presents.

Excursions are offered differently: we personally chose the ancient Greek city of Ephesus and Pamukkale, I think that these places must be visited. In addition to Ephesus, this tour also includes a visit to the House of the Virgin Mary, where the mother of Jesus spent the last years of her life. This place is considered holy and is an object of pilgrimage for believers from all over the world.
Here you can collect holy water (I advise you to worry about empty plastic bottles in advance), pray, put a candle, there is also a “place of desires”, this is something like a lattice on which you tie a rag and make a wish. Pamukkale: translated into Russian means "Cotton Castle". This is a unique natural formation (White Mountain). Waters rich in mineral salts, falling from high ledges, created bizarre, petrified, dazzling white cascades shimmering under the rays of the sun - travertines with blue, lime water, they say, such water heals joints.

Near Pamukkale are the ruins of the ancient city of Hierapolis. This tour also includes a visit to Cleopatra's pool. It is a natural spring with thermal water (tº.

36.6 degrees), it is not recommended to stay in such water for more than 30 minutes, although it is healing and rejuvenating, the remains of marble columns are lying in this pool. The pool itself is located in flowering shrubs, palm trees, in general, terribly beautiful! Upon returning from excursions, you will still be taken to various factories (leather, textile, jewelry, onyx products, olive oil, porcelain), so take money with you. Tips: Leather, onyx products, porcelain can be bought in Kusadasi much cheaper), but what is really worth buying is textiles at the factory, cold-pressed olive oil, olive soap - just super, blackberry and pomegranate wine. If you decide to buy jewelry, then it is better to do it at a jewelry factory, where they issue a quality certificate, and in the city buy a 100% fake.
I’ll tell you about the leather separately - leather goods of excellent quality, a good leather jacket can be purchased for 150-200 dollars, after the auction, of course, we sell this quality only in boutiques at huge prices. I can’t really say anything about the animation program because we practically didn’t go to it, it’s just that initially my husband and I needed a relaxing holiday (beach, sea). But, according to other people, it was rather weak: nightly discos on the beach every day, there was a Miss PINE BAY 2007 contest, various show programs, programs for children. By the way, there is a children's water park on site, with an entertainment program for kids - mothers spoke very well of it. We really liked how the Turk sang in 6 languages in the evening, including Russian - very cool, just goosebumps, sheer romance.

Summing up, I rate the rest as a big 5 (everything that they wanted, that they all dreamed about and got). Hotel - 5, food - 5, service -5.
Minor cons in my opinion:
1. At the reception they don’t speak Russian at all,
2. Swimming pools smell of chlorine
3. The diet lacks seafood and a variety of fruits.
Very, very, I liked it.
