Settled in a normal room overlooking the summer terrace of the restaurant, the pool and the sea. The room is normal if you do not pay attention to some details, the cleaning was but only rubbish was changed and sometimes gel and soap were added to the bathroom, the bed was changed but it was not the first freshness, once I had to ask for even a clean one to be changed because there were stains.
The food was poor, there was practically no meat, and if there was, it tasted terrible. Fish was given a couple of times for the whole holiday. There were no fruits either, only grapes and apples.
The beach is terrible, not cleaned (there was no sand under the cigarette butts), there are few sunbeds, you can only swim from the pier, and it’s deep there. There is a small entrance on the side of the beach but it is very dirty (a lot of seaweed that no one cleaned) and you can break your legs, as there are large stones. We went to swim on the nearby beach, which is cleaner and with a normal entrance.

The ala'kart restaurant is closed, the snack bar near the beach is also closed. The bar near the pool worked but not always and from alcohol only local cheap drinks (crayfish, beer, wine).
The entertainment program was only a couple of days for children, for adults one day of karaoke and that's it.
A couple of days before departure, they began to prepare before closing and they were not embarrassed until people were still resting, they collected almost all the sunbeds from the beach and removed the summer terrace of the restaurant.
I liked the city itself, very green and beautiful. I recommend to go for a walk on the embankment and go to the bird island.
I do not recommend the hotel itself, if you already fly to Kusadasi, then there are many hotels with much better service!
