They gave us a nice room, we decomposed, washed, rested and went for a walk. Upon returning, they could not open the room - the card did not work. We went to the reception, it turned out that someone messed up and they gave us the wrong number. Showed another "our" room, worse class and older repairs. We decided to stay in the first one, paying a little extra.
The hotel used to be more oriented towards Europeans, so the staff mainly speaks English and French. So a minimum knowledge of English is highly desirable.
During our visit, more than 40% of tourists from the CIS countries - Russia, Ukraine, Belarus. And everyone was very friendly, peaceful and calm. The hotel is trying to learn Russian, but so far only the basic words.
The attitude of the staff is good. Photographers, employees of the SPA center and shops are unobtrusive.
The beach, as I said, is across the road. The passage through the tunnel is only on one side, so those who live further, go far. The beach is good, sandy, the entrance is gentle without stones. On the negative side, I can only note one thing - the Europeans behave disgustingly... an aged young lady, for example (if I’m not mistaken from Belgium), climbed out onto the table and went under herself, while laughing and smiling, they say that’s how it should be, her husband doesn’t better! A huge number of entertainment for every taste and color: water polo, volleyball, darts, archery, slides, there are also many programs for girls, yoga, playgrounds for children, children's pools, in the evening an amphitheater with daily evening programs.
