Испорченный отдых Spoiled vacation

I want to leave my review, even most likely a warning. At the moment we are "resting" here (June 2022). We were in different hotels, we have been coming to Turkey for many years, as tourists are not picky, but IT'S just tin. Before you go to this hotel, think carefully, as it is stated that this is a 5 * hotel, but even 1 star is not worth giving here. This is the first time we are counting down the days until our vacation ends. We arrived at about 16.00 - the room was not ready, we were told that after 17.00 it would be prepared. There are no beach towels, no shower gel (when they asked for gel, we were told to have soap .... ), the water is turned off after 10.00, the dining room, yes, the dining room, you just don’t want to go there, unsanitary conditions are completely throughout the hotel. After the "cleaning" they took away the towels, but they didn't put clean ones, having come from the beach (19.00) we went to the reception, we were told they would bring you in 2 hours ...but then we could not stand it anymore and they brought them to us after 30 minutes ...
There are simply not enough sun loungers for everyone, but we were lucky a couple of times, the three of us sat on the same sun lounger ...and this is only the most basic, the sea is clean, but shallow. There are simply NO pluses in this hotel, you can say the green area and the sea, but Turkey is full of places where you can relax for less money in better conditions.
By the way, the tour was provided by Anex, when we approached the year with questions, he was not interested in our problems, but only how to sell excursions .. .
