We rested in Marmaris. We bought a tour at Oskar Hotel 3 *, when we arrived, four of us were settled in one double room. The next day we were moved to double rooms, but not to Oskar Hotel 3 *, explaining that they do not have 2 double rooms, but to AEGEAN PARK HOTEL 3 *, in fact, Oskar Hotel and AEGEAN PARK are one and the same same hotel. As for the guides, I would like to say that I liked them better from PEGAS, they were present at the hotel, I saw that they helped their tourists to resolve issues related to check-in, and some other problematic points. We had to decide everything on our own. We signed an agreement with TUI. Therefore, the impression of our guides was a little worse in comparison. The food is generally normal, nothing special, the usual food, they did not die of hunger. The rooms are a little dirty, but in fact these are questions for the people who rested there before us, and not for cleaning at the hotel, because you still need to be able to pollute the room in this way. Rooms in Aegean Park are much better than in Oskar Hotel. As for cleaning, I didn’t have any questions, we ourselves didn’t litter too much. When they came, we always had clean urns, there was new soap, toilet paper, we had to change the bed - everyone quickly changed it themselves, no one reminded us of anything. There are no complaints about the staff, adequate and friendly people. The only thing is, if there are any problems and you need to go to the reception to solve them, then they pretend that they do not know the Russian language at all and do not understand. Although the same PEGAS TOUR guide said: "he knows and understands everything, he just pretends", well, at the reception, the employee confirmed with his appearance that it was so. The hotel is located on the main street, 200 meters from the sea, sometimes a little noisy, music until 12 at night. Pools are always cleaned, the territory is cleaned whenever possible. The hotel does everything to make it comfortable to rest, not noticeable and not intrusive service. Returning to the guides, I will say that they offered excursions, but it cost 2 times more than their real price, this is not justified. Guides say that it is not safe to buy excursions in the city, but if you can buy it in the city for 15-20 dollars, and from the guide for 40, well, that's too much.
