Hello!
I go to Turkey 2 times a year for several years in a row, usually to Marmaris. It was already the 5th or 6th time in Marmaris, I don’t remember. For the first time we were at the Diana Club Hotel, also 3 *. Everything is good there, animation, but far from the sea and sooooo far from the city center. Therefore, when we went for the second time, we chose a hotel closer to the center. Aegen Park suited us in every way. We arrived early at the hotel at 6 am. They settled us at 11 o'clock, instead of 14 o'clock (I had to wait until the rooms that were vacated at night were removed, there were no vacant rooms at all).
1. a fairly large hotel for the center (in the center all the hotels are very small with tiny pools and a large territory). The hotel has 2 swimming pools, there are slides.
2. youth hotel. would not recommend it for a family holiday, although there are enough tourists with children (mostly foreigners).

3. a lot of Russian tourists. On the one hand, this is a plus: there is always someone to meet and chat with, on the other hand, Russians know how to have fun, but sometimes they go too far. The hotel management and administration treat everyone with understanding and have great patience. But it's better not to experience it.
4. Many of the staff speak Russian and are always happy to answer all your questions and requests.
5. The hotel is located very close to the city center. After dinner, we walked around the local shops with pleasure, and you can walk even to the right, even to the left (unlike hotels located remotely from the center, when every evening you can only go in one direction).
6. very comfortable and clean rooms. linen is changed regularly, to change towels you just need to throw them on the floor in the bathroom. Even if you threw one towel, they will replace everything.
7. food: standard Turkish cuisine, no frills, but very tasty. Always fresh vegetables, delicious food. Of course, there is not much meat (it is very expensive in Turkey), but we had enough. Never went hungry. We don’t usually eat salads (I don’t like dressing), we take fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. From hot, in principle, like everything. Always 2-3 types of side dish. For those who love meat in large quantities and cannot do without it, it is better to go to 5 *. In treshka everything is designed for a less demanding audience. (Subtract the flight from the cost of the ticket and compare the result with local health resorts. Feel the difference! But it’s still better to relax here than at home with unobtrusive Russian service).
8. The system "all inclusive" operates from 10.30 to 22.30. Quite enough. If you bring alcohol with you from Duty Free, then the bar will never refuse you glasses (glasses and other utensils). Always go to a meeting.
9. If you like clubs, then every day at 23.00 there is a free bus to Bar Street. It is impossible to miss it, everyone is warned in advance and immediately before departure. It is very convenient to use it, even if you do not plan to stay in clubs for a long time. You can go to the center and walk back past the shops or along the seashore.

10. Those who do not leave for Bar Street can have great fun at the hotel. After 23.00 they turn on loud dance music. We annealed often until 2 am. This is the main reason why you need to think before you go here with children.
11. Beach and sea. In past years, the hotel had direct access to the sea. Literally 15 meters and you are on the sea. This year, a restaurant was built on the site of the "path". We were frustrated at first, but we quickly adapted. The beaches near the hotel are all paid, so we did this: sunbathing on sun loungers near the pool (there are several advantages: firstly, you can safely leave things, the entire hotel area is under video surveillance, secondly, there is a bar with cold beer, sprite , water, hot coffee and tea). Sun loungers and umbrellas on site are free. You can sunbathe comfortably. When we wanted to swim, we put on slates with a pareo, went outside through the main entrance of the hotel, went left to the nearest intersection for 60 meters, then left again and after 100 meters went to the sea. If you go right along the beach for another 7 meters, then there is a small piece of the beach without sun loungers. We swam enough and returned to the pool. If you go very slowly, it takes only 5-7 minutes. After lying down and sunbathing, small walks were a pleasure for us. By the way, reliable sources reported that by the next season there will again be direct access to the sea! )) What is good here is the sea, so that there are no waves. Marmaris is located in the bay and you can safely swim. You can also take a walk to the beach in Icmeler. The water there is cleaner, clear and turquoise, but a bit colder, because. there is closer access to the sea from the bay. You can go to the beach on foot (there is a footpath along the sea), or you can take dolmushes (local minibuses). We walked back and forth. On the way we stopped for a swim.
12. Hamam. Be sure to visit the Hamam upon arrival. We bought hammam many times from street operators, we were taken to different hotels. This time we decided to take a hammam from a tour operator (we went through Pegasus). They are a little more expensive than on the street, but the difference in quality is significant! Go only to the bath complex in Armutalan. This is a separate building (not a hotel! ). It costs $ 30 per person (on the street the price is $ 15-20 and they are taken to the bathhouse at the hotel). Believe the bitter experience... I was in Icmeler, I already wanted to call the police - the bath attendants behaved so obscenely.
13. Other excursions can be bought on the street. They are cheaper and more fun. There were tourists with us who traveled through Pegasus to the Aegean Islands. Everything is good, but boring. At one time, we went twice through street vendors, so we had shows on the yacht and competitions. Through the operator, of course, there is insurance. But if you follow basic safety precautions, then you can go through street vendors, besides, it is almost 2 times cheaper. Were on excursions in Dalyan, Ephesus (one day), Pamukkale (one day), the Aegean Islands. I liked everything very much.

In general, the hotel is excellent, it does not interfere with rest. As they say, you can get to the bottom of the pillar. Therefore, if you like to make trouble, then you will feel bad even in 5 stars. Be positive, relax and enjoy. For the money that we pay for a ticket, you will not get SO MUCH EVERYTHING anywhere else!
Thanks to our hotel guide Rustem, you are great (guides are different: we swam, we know)! Always at the hotel, always ready to help, answers all questions, advises, suggests, recommends.
