The hotel does not pull only 4 *. With difficulty, I had to achieve the prescribed (and therefore prepaid) bathrobes and slippers. The rooms are cleaned poorly, slowly and at the wrong time. area is small but nice. On the hotel beach, half of the sun loungers were broken, there was a case when there was no water in the shower. The sea water is dirty. I had to take a car and go swimming in a nearby town. The food is decent, but the peaches are always served green. Drinks ordered for food are carried at the speed of a turtle, they can bring not what they ordered (apparently, so that guests consume less... : -) what they paid for when buying a ticket).
Animation every day, but pretty mediocre. The prices for massages and other procedures in the Turkish bath at the hotel are very much inflated compared to neighboring hotels. It was not possible to sign up for the prescribed a la carte restaurant, because the hotel manager who is responsible for this turned out to be "elusive Joe". The cost of the tours offered by the hotel guide is too high. When leaving, they tried to cheat me for 80 dollars, presenting fake checks written to our number. At the same time, the signature was clearly not mine. Thanks to the guide from the Riviera Angelica, who led the departure, who defended our rights. The staff does not want to speak Russian, even at the reception.
