After reading the positive reviews about the hotel, we decided to go there. Later it turned out that the reviews were from last year, and in 2011 the owner changed at the hotel, and apparently. . . beginning of the axis. We arrived at the hotel at 1 am. There was one boy at the reception who did not understand Russian and was not particularly responsible for anything other than the keys. Everyone was settled in the rooms at random, they just handed out the keys and sent them to the room. After 5 minutes, people began to gather in the lobby of the hotel, because almost no one had problems. Compared to the rest, our problem was minuscule: we were given a TV remote control, although there was no TV in the room itself (we decided to say this right away so that there were no complaints), but at the same time we were not given an air conditioner remote control, although it was good. Our problem was solved simply: this boy took the remote control from another room, turned on our air conditioner and left with the remote control. Our remote control was issued to us only the next day. But these are minimal problems. The "coolest" of all was the people who were settled in a double room by the three of us. It seems to me that in this hotel there are no triple rooms and three are accommodated in doubles. So the first piece of advice: if you are eating together, forget about this hotel!! ! Even if in a couple of days they give you a collapsed cot, there will be no more space in the room. And the rooms are tiny. About the room itself: - We had air conditioning and it worked, though the fan, which is on the street, had to be hammered by hand so that it would stop rattling. It hangs directly above one of the beds, so I do not recommend turning it on at night. According to our neighbors, the A/C did not work in some rooms. +45 outside, no air conditioning. Perfectly. - The bathroom is a separate song. After each shower, it turned out to be a swamp, because the installed shower cabin was leaking in all places. The diffuser on the shower itself is designed in such a way that water flows anywhere, but not on you. The toilet bowl is very tightly pressed against the wall with its right side. . . well and accordingly. . : )) Hot water is heated by solar panels, so there is no hot water from about midnight until 11 am. A cold morning shower at first invigorates, but by the end of the rest it makes you tired. I did not want to give up the habit of washing before tomorrow. Shampoos are not issued. Only liquid soap is poured, but only next to the sink. - How often bed linen is changed. Yes, we do not change linen at home every day, but this is a vacation, this is heat, this is the sea, etc. Without waiting for a change of linen, on the 8th day we asked about it at the reception. Changed. In general, they do almost everything only when you ask them to. I had to ask to change towels, pour liquid soap, they could not even bring toilet paper without a reminder. Washed the floor a couple of times and changed the towels 2 times without being reminded. For the first time in my life, I had to cover myself with a huge waffle towel at night, or rather, not huge, but large, but narrow. - There is no fridge in the room. By the end of the rest, you are tired of drinking warm water. Constantly going to the store for cold is not convenient. About the hotel itself. TV was brought to us in 3 days. In fact, we don’t need him, but this shows the attitude of the staff towards your requests. The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm. We didn’t need him, but again, this is such an attitude: it is done as it is convenient for them, and not for the guests. Breakfast is quite standard and does not shine with variety. . But in fact, they are the same in all 3 * hotels and you will have the same breakfasts if you go on long excursions. Suleiman, who seems to be serving these breakfasts (and the only one who speaks Russian from the whole hotel) is a rather slippery type, be more careful with him, no matter how kindly he treats you at the beginning, it’s better just not to notice him. Dinner is much more interesting, you can fill your belly well. I was especially pleased with unlimited watermelons (the main thing is to get as much as possible right away) and almost unlimited melons. Although sometimes it seemed that there was a table in front of you, full of food, and there was nothing to eat from it. Especially when it is filled with huge plates of mayonnaise, to which they added a little salad. Beach. The biggest plus of the hotel is that the beach is 20 steps from the porch of the hotel, and the views from some rooms will be on the sea. This is where the pluses end. The beach is served by the Turks from the Malibu Beach eatery, which, by the way, also feeds dinners. There are few adequate Turks among them. By 11 a. m. all the sunbeds are already occupied, and not by hotel guests, but by other vacationers to whom these sunbeds are sold by the Turks from Malibu. Lots of broken umbrellas. You, as hotel guests, will first be offered a free sunbed under a broken umbrella. Do not make the main mistake: do not ask permission to lie down on a sunbed. Find a free one and lie down (better not in the front rows)! The beach closes at 18:30. In general, they have a lot of such idiotic rules, and they cannot give an intelligible answer to the question why this is so. The beach just closes at 18:30 and that's it. Moreover, they kick him out with such words, as if you were not on your hotel beach, but late at night on someone’s personal one. Once a conflict arose on this basis when we tried to explain to the Turk that we were not garbage here. The conversation reached such a point that they told us to our faces “I hate Russians” and “now it’s better not to walk alone at night. ” With the help of a guide, the conflict was resolved. The beach itself is made of sand, and at the entrance to the sea there are very small pebbles, which are unpleasant to enter. In general, the beach is nearby, but the pleasure of using it is very doubtful. Guide. I won't write too much. Let me just say that Intourist is cool! The guides really work for us and do everything to make our stay enjoyable. Just a huge bow to them. Tours. Near the hotel there is a tent selling excursions. The leader's name is Oscar. A very good and adequate person, although sometimes overly excited in Turkish. Bargain with him, but know the measure and have a conscience. The more excursions you take, the cheaper they will be. By the way, he speaks Russian. To sum it all up: DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!! ! I'm sure that if you search well, you can find another, better one, with more adequate beachboys and more friendly staff. Saving a couple of thousand rubles, you risk ruining your vacation. In general, on vacation, I treat the hotel as a place to spend the night and that's it. It is no longer needed, because I do not like to sit still. I thought that the hotel could not make an impact on the holiday. It turned out that such a bad hotel can. And do not say that we want a lot from three rubles. When we went on a two-day excursion, we were also accommodated in a three-star hotel, from which we did not want to leave later. Because there is a different level of service, a different quality of rooms, and in general, if it is a three-ruble note, then our Persimmon does not pull even 2 *. We all remember from school that you can put a three when the student didn’t reach the four a little, or when it’s a pity to put a deuce, because at least he knows something. So Persimmon should have put a deuce, but someone took pity.
