Straight to the point: the tour operator said that it was booked until the 28th, but on 27.07 we have a transfer at 19:00. At 18:00 we got a call to the room and asked to vacate the room urgently. My girlfriend went to the reception (while I was collecting things) and there she was told that we had to leave the room at 12:00, since we had a check-out on July 27 and were forced to pay a fine of 50 euros. She paid the fine, but no check, nothing at all about payment or fine, and so on. Apparently the employee just put the money in his pocket, as he took the money and that's it. We came to our senses later, as we were a little in shock and on our nerves. Then acquaintances told us that they had the same thing, but they simply refused to pay the fine and they were calmly released. That is, it was possible to do without fines, etc. , but with a little frayed nerves. I would like to be sure that the employee did not deceive us and put the money in the cash register (there was no cash receipt, nothing was drawn up, etc. ).
