I have wanted to go to Marmaris for a long time. Before that, I had never been in the "fours" in Turkey. All the time in modest, but "fives".
The hotel itself did not cause any complaints. First they settled (very quickly, there were no complaints) in a family building (I was with my son and an adult nephew), in a two-room suite on the top floor. The view from the window is beautiful! Mountains covered with forest. . . But somehow they didn't understand about my desire for two separate full beds and an extra bed. But that would be nothing! The air conditioning in our room did not work properly as for the top floor. Unbearably stuffy. And I'm REALLY bad at it. Was tormented all night. In the morning I immediately ran to the reception. Our hotel guide Aziz (a huge human senks to him) said that they would change my room before dinner and everything would be as I want. Everything turned out that way. They gave me a room in another building. Two beautiful very comfortable beds + sofa bed. The air conditioner is a beast! Sea view. Then everything went great. The room is good, clean, not ragged anywhere, the bathroom too. Cleaned every day, towels changed every other day. We just didn't have enough soap. Shampoo was used little, but soap was used more often, but it was never added. But this is if you really find fault.
Fed standard. Meat, fish, sea sweets, watermelons, apples, plums. . . Nobody suffered from hunger. The difference from the "five" is that there is the concept of "breakfast / lunch / tea / dinner", and they do not feed as if for slaughter all the time. And water is not given out at any time. Upon arrival in the minibar (which turned out to be a refrigerator and even worked! ) There is a one and a half liter bottle for free, and then you have to buy it. And I also like to drink tea / coffee between meals, and not just water, so it was impossible to do this at any time. This is not very pleasing.

Pools and slides are quite comfortable. Only trouble with sun loungers... I still did not understand when they need to be occupied in order to be in time! At six in the morning it is already 99% full! From the night they put their towels there?!
Didn't notice the animation at all. It saddened me a little: I like to do exercises, but I was in no hurry.
The main complaint I personally caused the sea. From the Aegean he has stones at the bottom, from the Mediterranean - algae on these stones. So going into the water turned out to be unpleasant. If the hotel organized a pontoon, at least floating, as in Egypt, it would be a completely different matter. Dived - and beauty. The beach is small, the sunbeds are very close to each other, but it was not as annoying as entering the water (. The path between the hotel and the beach was not annoying at all.
Very beautiful bay. . islands covered with forest, azure water, view of Marmaris. .
It's great that the hotel is close to the city. In the evening, after half an hour of a pleasant walk along the coast, you can easily get to the shops. Sellers moderately intrusive, friendly. Beauty for youth! For 2 lira you take a minibus to the area of discos and bars - take a walk, I don’t want to!
In general, the rest went well, the hotel is quite successful. Have a good holiday everyone!
