TRAVEL CONDITIONS

Kiev-Marmaris, Luna Beach Delux 5 * hotel, 2 adults and a child 10 years old, from July 6 to 19.2019. TUI operator, AZUR air carrier. AIR (flight QU 4441 there, QU 4444 return, aircraft Boeing 767, from Boryspil airport). The plane took off at 16-10 with a delay of 1 hour 25 minutes, they brought us to the hotel at about 22 - we were even late for dinner. The return flight is at 8:35.

We paid for 13 nights at the hotel, and we were picked up from the hotel at 04-30, that is, the operator did not fulfill the terms of the contract. Excuses that everything depends on the charter are illegal, the operator was obliged to reschedule the flight. We have been to Turkey many times (with this operator for the first time) and this has never happened.

HOTEL


The first line, located almost at the end of Marmaris towards Icmeler, the microclimate is wonderful. The territory is small, but quite sufficient. For children - 3 water slides (2 - yellow and blue - included regularly according to the schedule).
The food is not bad: breakfasts are the same everywhere in Turkey, daily for lunch and dinner meat and chicken, often fish, vegetables, watermelons and melons, fruits, ice cream three to four times a week. In additional meals, various cakes and cookies, 4 bars. The pool (160 cm deep) is big enough.

We had a room in the second building, 2 rooms (a bedroom with a 2-sleeping bed, in the living room 1-sleeping bed, a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a TV, a minibar, a safe ($ 2 per day), a bathroom with a shower and everything the rest

The beach is narrow with inconvenient entry into the sea, but there is a pantone. There were plenty of chairs at the pool and on the beach. We saw sea turtles in the sea, with one we swam for about 15 minutes, all three of us (with masks, snorkels and flippers) - an unforgettable sight underwater!
