The reception staff does not understand Russian (or pretends not to understand). Especially if problems arise - they settled, but did not put on bracelets, the door did not close. They took a fee for the safe, showing us a receipt, but not giving it to us, and when leaving, they also tried to charge us. But I said that I gave money and they showed me the receipt on camera, they understood me (! ) And they didn’t ask any more questions.
Our room was above the reception, so we had wifi. The room was tired. Stains on the upholstery of the sofa, on the walls, not working curtain in the shower. MOLD in the shower. The maid regularly turned elephants, swans for us for a gift... but for some reason did not want to wash the mold. Another unpleasant moment - some canteen workers did not really respect, as they said, the Slavs. I myself did not really like how some only did what they drank. But you can’t, because of a couple of people, treat everyone like that!
