I say right away that I am not a guide, not a travel agent, etc. I am a person who has traveled to many countries and lived in a variety of hotels from 2-5 *.
So)) Literally just dismantled the suitcase, and immediately sat down to write a review.
REALLY GOOD HOTEL! WE KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT FROM "TROIKA"!
Having read a bunch of negative things here, we were ready for anything, but... a surprise awaited us. Nothing to complain about all week!
_
Let's write what I consider the minuses (this is not enough):
-no animation (we didn't care, because there are plenty of places in Marmaris where you can go to unwind)
-for athletes: no gym
- the dishes are not always perfectly clean, but everything is washed not by hand, but in a typewriter (seen)
- bees in the open area of the dining room (not fatal, but annoying).
ALL!
___
Let's go in order.

From the airport we arrived in 1.5 hours. We arrived at 10 o'clock, and the settlement was already written at 2. But everyone was settled almost immediately.
We gave 10 bucks to the reception as a "souvenir" and they gave us a great room with a gorgeous panoramic view of the mountains (hills), the city and the sea. At 11 we already swam in the sea. By the way, at 11 we found free sun loungers! So do not get up at 6 in the morning and run to borrow.
HOTEL:
located at the end (at the beginning) of the embankment (1st) strip of hotels. Behind our hotel begins the pedestrian zone of 5 * hotels, which leads further to Icmeler. From all sides the hotel is surrounded by 4-5 * hotels, all their guests sit on the territory of their hotels. Therefore, the hotel is located, as it were, in a quiet corner, not in the entrance zone, cars and buses rarely drive. But it is worth climbing the street higher or walking 20 meters to the left along the sea, and you will already find yourself in a "dviglo" with excursions, souvenirs, etc. )) Now, if you climb higher, there is a turquoise minibus to the center (to the embankment with yachts). 10 min drive and 2 lira cost. Palm trees grow near the hotel, they are watered and swept every day. There is a shop on the ground floor of the dining room. And they also rent bicycles (5 lire per hour) and a kind of segway. There is also a pool, it is just in the shade at lunchtime. But 2 steps to the sea, what the hell pool? ))))
ROOM: clean, tidy, nothing broken, white bedding, 5 towels, soap, toilet paper, working air conditioning (it froze if you didn’t turn it off at night) and a TV (3 Russian channels). Cleaned EVERY DAY, we left a dollar for a tip. Towels were changed every other day, the bed was changed twice in a week. The room was on the 3rd (in fact, it is the 4th) floor right above the entrance to the hotel, so the music from the bar, sounds from the kitchen, etc. could not be heard behind the closed balcony door. The bar closes at half past one.

In the FOYER (lobby) of the hotel there is a smart wi-fi, we spoke freely on Skype on the sofas. There is a bookcase with books in different languages.

The BAR has cola-pepsi-fanta-sprite REAL, not powder. Beer and vodka are also served there.
IN THE DINING ROOM there is plain water from the cooler, which you can take in bottles to the beach. Well, powder colorful drinks. There is also a coffee machine, coffee with milk and tea. There are tables on the balcony overlooking the sea, and there is inside.
KITCHEN. I had already been to the "troika" and knew what to expect. That is, there are no pieces of lamb and vases of barbecue, if you suddenly hoped. But the menu is different every day. Vegetables, salads, melon, watermelon, desserts, cheese slices and sausages have always been there. The first was chicken broth or mushroom soup puree. For the second: pilaf with soy meat (not bad), potatoes with veal (in my opinion), french fries, pasta, and all sorts of combinations of potatoes, rice, spaghetti with various vegetables and "meat". In principle, everything was edible, tasty, did not cause disgust. On the 5th-6th day, I got a little tired, but there was no way to choose) If anything: along the embankment and the street above there are a lot of cafes with a variety of menus.
For breakfast - scrambled eggs, vegetables, cold cuts, muesli and milk. I didn’t like the milk, it was in packages and there were some pieces floating there (apparently, powdered). From the bar you can take drinks here, and on the beach - only in plastic containers.
BEACH.
Well, here I will put all 10 out of 10.
There were enough sun loungers for everyone, there are umbrellas for every 2 sun loungers, mattresses. The entrance to the sea, however, is rocky, but there is a special flooring in the center of the beach, which is convenient to walk on, like on a carpet. Banana boats do not float in this part, they are far away or to the right, so the water is clear. At a depth of 4 meters, you can see the bottom. The fish swim right to the shore, oh, at least now I would return.

What to advise this... Ah, do not get fooled by shopping during a sightseeing tour. In the shopping center "MIGROS" and in other shops everything is THE SAME QUALITY for 2 times cheaper. Well, bargain, yes)
Have a good rest!
