We stayed at the hotel at the end of July 2013. Impressions from Marmaris are wonderful, from the hotel not so much. It's amazing that there are so many positive reviews. For Crimea, for that kind of money, this might have come down, but for Turkey, frankly, it is rather weak. Of the pluses, I can name a good room (received after they gave $ 20 at the reception), normal cleaning and, of course, the beach next to the hotel. Not every "troika", especially in Marmaris, can boast of this. This is probably what attracts the hotel to our tourists, who prefer the sea to any of the coolest pools. But that's where all the pluses end. The hotel has no territory at all. Quite busy traffic nearby, plus noise from neighboring hotels. This general uncomfortable atmosphere is also felt on the beach. It feels like you are going somewhere to Vladivostok in a reserved seat on the side shelf. Outside the window, the nature of beauty is extraordinary, but it’s the crowded neighborhood, the rude conductor, the diluted tea from poorly washed cups that prevent you from enjoying it all. All this is not an exaggeration, especially in terms of food and service in the dining room. Of course, they did not remain hungry, but there was no choice as such. They didn’t cook anything for breakfast at the hotel: they managed with dry rations, for lunch and dinner there was something to eat, however, the sediment still remained. Vegetables were offered from the previous feeding, and rare (! ) Fruits seemed to be from a written-off third-rate product. In general, whoever wanted fruit bought it at the market. And many ate in cafes. Such is the ol inclusive. But if you go to the same Vladivostok not on a side car in a reserved seat, but in a dining car, for example, then the road, of course, will be much more pleasant. Only it seems to me that if there is money for a restaurant car, then wouldn’t it be better to buy a ticket in the NE or at least a compartment and ride like a human being. But this is, as they say, a matter of taste.
And I also wanted to say about the owner, who, as for me, should provide his clients with quality rest, and not sit endlessly in the bar, flirt recklessly and unceremoniously push women's knees under the table. What is it all about? The man, in my opinion, does not quite understand his work correctly. When I informed him about the dirty dishes through the guide, in response he only shouted something towards the dining room (I'm not even sure that someone heard him). And that's it. Such is the work with clients. Nothing new for us, accustomed to domestic service. Maybe that's why 70% of our guests stay at the hotel.
