Traveled in June 2019. I believed the excellent reviews that this hotel pulls on 4 and in general everything is super. But in fact it turned out not quite so.
I'll start with the positives: really nice and kind staff. It should be remembered that they are not to blame that the owner of the hotel is trying to save on almost everything. There is internet, though weak. A good room with a beautiful view of Marmaris and even a little bit of the sea, although it is 1.5 km from the hotel. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets were changed frequently. The room has air conditioning and a TV with Russian and English channels. Marmaris is fun! Many cafes, bars, parties, restaurants that are located on the waterfront. You can watch shows at these venues for free. On the way to the airport they gave us big sandwiches - thank you very much for that! After all, they stopped feeding on planes...
Now to the cons. I do not advise you to go to Marmaris at all, who loves the warm sea. We got used to the sea for a very long time, we went into it for 15 minutes. By the way, the Aegean Sea is not the cleanest - at the end of our vacation, the water was in dead flies, feces, bottles, bags. The hotel does not have its own beach! Moreover, many Marmaris hotels do not have their own beaches. Basically, they are all paid here: you can buy a cocktail (from 20 lir) or juice (15 lir), and you can lie down all day. There is a public dirty beach if you don't want to pay, but it's a long way to get to it. There is no entertainment in the hotel. There was some kind of karaoke, and that's all. Breakfast is empty. There is nothing. Every breakfast is eggs, maybe porridge, milk with cereal, cheese, sausage, bread (uncut), salads. I liked lunches and dinners: a large number of salads, watermelons, chicken, french fries and rustic, soy cutlets. I gained 3 kg during the holiday, despite the fact that I swam a lot, went back and forth from the beach to the hotel and back. But still, the chicken is very annoying for such a long vacation. Some of our neighbors went to eat in restaurants, because. they didn't like the hotel kitchen at all. By the way, on the 3rd day of our vacation, they found a live worm in the salad (I'm attaching a photo). They showed the worm to the hotel employee, and he simply said: "I'm sorry, I reported this to the cook. " In the room we had a terrible bath, which was covered with fungus. There are no curtains, so when you shower, all the water will be on the floor. The walls in the room are dirty and not very well painted. There is no refrigerator in the room. The remoteness of the hotel from the sea kills. Do not think that I'm just old and sloppy, but you will understand when you go to the sea after tomorrow, then back for lunch, then from lunch to the sea, (and someone else goes back and forth for an afternoon snack), then from the sea for dinner and after dinner, walk to the embankment (nowhere else) and back again. The hotel is falling apart a little: we lived on the 5th floor and in the last 3 days the barrel of water on the roof began to drip heavily, the water got on our balcony. When leaving the whole hotel was dripping, water from the barrels flowed from the side and front of the hotel. I hope it was a short-term accident. All inclusive here from 10 to 22. There was cheap alcohol, chemical juices, americano and cappuccino from the machine.

My family and I realized that many of the reviews that are written here and on other sites are false and bought. There are no free buses to the sea here, by the way. We didn’t go hungry, only because we ate a lot, but the food is boring and not everyone will like it. For 12 days we paid a very decent amount and it was really a shame that such a hotel came across, besides going to restaurants and paying for beaches (some of them are really expensive). Stray cats walk around the hotel, no one kicks them out.
Last advice from an experienced traveler to Turkey: go to Antalya or Alanya - the sea is warmer there, there is also entertainment, hotels are cheaper and better.
