When we got to the reception, which seemed very, very modest compared to the receptions of Kemer hotels, they got scared. But we got a great room, in which everything is in order and clean!
New air conditioner, old but working refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, free safe.
In the bathroom everything is in order, clean and modest! Cleaning was done every day. But we only let them in 3 times.
The second floor of a two-story house. Entrances to the houses from the back. Therefore, on the first floor, as it were, in the basement, but the balcony is still at the height of everyday life. Since it is a mountainside.

1. Price: 500-550 Euro for 7 days. One of the cheapest hotels!
2. Nature! Coniferous forest, panorama - super! A much better location in terms of beauty and nature than any hotel in Marmaris (the nearest ones are better - only between Marmaris and Icmeller, and opposite ours (Adakoy), on the island (near Nimara cave), but they are all twice as expensive! )
3. All windows (balconies) overlook the sea and islands. But not everyone can see it, because the houses are in a natural forest among pines (or cedars) and other vegetation that can interfere with viewing.
4. Own beach. Not perfect, but yours. There is a bar on the beach! Drinks included. Dressing room. Chaise lounges, soft trestle beds with umbrellas. You can swim in any direction. Everything around is nature, not a crowd of people, hotels, etc. There are a lot of fish in the sea near the hotel, there are TURTLES. (Personally, every day in the morning after breakfast I watched a one and a half meter turtle, which is resting at the bottom under a log in a certain place not far from the beach. I swam with it, I even managed to stroke it. Huge, the feeling - like I saw a dinosaur. Our vacationers fed small turtles near the buoy opposite the beach ).
By the way, the beaches in the center of Marmaris are a passage yard! I personally saw how, returning from a tour of the harbors, the contents of the toilet were released from our boat into the sea, 100-150 meters from the beach of a 5-star expensive hotel in the center of Marmaris, where majors sunbathe and bathe pretentiously on the beach. It is terrible to imagine that this is done every day, after every excursion.
5. Food: meat and fish are available every day in several varieties! Breakfasts are simpler, lunches and dinners are excellent. Fruit - in our vacation there were watermelons, melons, grapes, plums, apples. A bunch of sweets. Milk, cheeses, salads, etc. Beer, wine, drinks, local alcohol, coffee, tea. But decorated modestly, like the rest of the hotel.
6. A marshturka passes through the hotel: to Marmaris - to the right 10 minutes, to the island (walk along the paths and observation platforms or into caves) - to the left (long and short minibuses, after an hour or so). 5 lira in any direction.
7. Water in the room only at the beginning, so you need to collect for free in the coolers from the bartenders.
8. There are no beach towels. It is related to the coronavirus. Take yours. A cover won't hurt. Since the beach has huge soft trestle beds under umbrellas.
