The last time I was in Turkey was 10 years ago. We had the most wonderful experience. The hotel was chosen based on the landscape and the view from the window. The trip left not the most rosy impressions. The only thing great about this hotel is the location! Other than that, I didn't see any positives. We rested at the beginning of June 2021. First of all, having arrived at the hotel at 5 o’clock in the morning, we were kept with a 3-year-old child until lunch, and then they said that there were no rooms. We were taken to spend the night in another hotel, which is on the waterfront in Marmaris, even more terrible than this one. They said that they would pick it up the next day, but I promised that if this did not happen, I would come myself, not with the best intentions. They took it away, settled it on the uppermost tier (despite the fact that I asked for a lower room).
By numbers. Settled in a dirty room, without cleaning and bed linen and towels. This was all asked at the reception in the evening, because they never brought us anything. There is no daily housekeeping. Towels have not been changed for a week even once. There are no beach towels. At night it stinks of sewage, I had to buy a freshener. After turning on the air conditioner, it was not turned off by remote control, it was possible to turn it off only by completely de-energizing the room. The mattresses are dirty, everything is stained, there are no mattress covers.
For nutrition. There is practically no meat, extremely rarely, the fish was twice - the first time the mackerel was overcooked to the state of coals, the second time it was more or less edible. But soy sausages are in abundance (namely soy, not to be confused with their usual sausages, also not of the highest quality - there were already a whole one once a week), soy balls stewed with vegetables. One soy! Fruits - oranges, apples, watermelon and melon. Everything. The waiters and bartenders in the restaurant are great, they try very hard, it was nice. And the rest - you may not have enough forks, you will eat with spoons, or you will sit and look at the plates of food until you wait for your fork. )) to get into the restaurant, you need to stand in line - they are not allowed, there are not enough tables. I can’t say about alcohol, I wasn’t interested, but it seemed to be Tuborg beer, and something local - some kind of wine, vodka. On the territory - everywhere there is a huge amount of black bags with garbage, they are not removed.

The beach is relatively clean, the entry into the sea is good, there were enough sunbeds. The pool is large, clean, you need to take a sunbed near the pool, probably late at night)) In the bar near the pool, the bartenders will first serve Turkish citizens, and only then they will pay attention to you, despite the fact that you have been standing near the counter for quite a long time. )) Well, the most important point - if you bought a tour to this hotel, it is not a fact that you will stay in it. Most likely, you will be taken to a hotel owned by the relatives of the owner of Monte Beach, which needs to be settled))) For a week, about a hundred people were taken away like this) Therefore, defend your rights, do not allow this arbitrariness to be done. And no matter what they tell you - do not believe it, the hotel that you are offered is no better, but much worse than this. As for excursions, we bought a tour to Dalyan, the child was really looking forward to it, but... no one came for us. Again, we had to swear, and a day later they took us away. The tour was bought through a tour operator, from a hotel guide, and not somewhere out there on the street. And I really enjoyed the tour! The child was delighted.
Here is the impression of the hotel. Someone writes that the new owner, and he is trying very hard to do something better - I DO NOT BELIEVE!! ! For Turkey, it is a shame and a disgrace when they save on everything like this, such food and such a service. Therefore, if you want to enjoy amazing nature and a gorgeous view from the window, and you don't care about food and service - you are here! Yes, and one more moment. Those who are not afraid of endless trips up the stairs can also safely go to this hotel. We lived at the very top, and believe me, going down and realizing that I forgot something in the room is trash. Jumping up the stairs in the heat is not the most pleasant pastime. And be sure to take something from mosquitoes! There is a very impressive variety of them, from small biting midges to individuals resembling elephants with their impressive size)) Have a good rest and the right choice of hotel!
