We are not picky tourists at all! But this hotel just killed us! Arriving at the hotel, at the reception we were greeted with a scandal. Some tourists sorted things out with the staff. The staff frankly showed their fe. The staff are young people, not trained at all! I got the impression that they were taken just to save money (as with everything)! No one put badges on our hands until they came to remind us. Many of the staff do not know either Russian or English! The reception is very simple, beaten all over, shabby!
The rooms are simple, you can live. Cleaning was also good. But. . . ! Upon checking into the room, it turned out that the lock was not working. The guy from the reception tried to fix it for 15 minutes (but proving to us supposedly everything works). Realizing that it really does not work and we will not fall behind (we somehow need to close the doors), he said that someone will come in 30 minutes and fix it. Exhausted from the road, we waited an hour for a locksmith! Making the castle it turned out that this is not all. The door to the balcony did not work. In short, the first day we carried out repairs in the room, instead of rest. The question is, why the hell are we paying money for a room that you have not even been honored to prepare for us?
The next biggest drawback is the food! Which is not so tasty! So monotonous! All 7 days served the same thing, same! But the most trashy for us was the way they knocked money from tourists. We were made to pay another 25 euros for not checking out before 12:00. Although there were no warnings. They didn't want to clarify anything. We were told that we should be warned about this by a guide who did not come to meet us! The diagram is clear!

So, draw your own conclusions! I don't recommend this damn hole to anyone! And I myself will never go to this viper!
