Briefly and to the point:
1. Location is great. The hotel is located on a mountainside, on the seashore, which is separated by a road (it is small and there are few cars). It is located 10-15 minutes from the city, which can be reached by "dalmushes" (local minibuses) for 3 lira (60 rubles), and once a day at 10 o'clock it goes free, from the hotel to the city and at 17 o'clock back . It is also possible to rent a scooter from the hotel. In my opinion, the location couldn't be better.
2. Appearance. The hotel fits very well into the local terrain. Its area is large, and despite this it is very well-groomed, everything is clean, very beautiful. The owners of the hotel obviously did not save on landscape designers, all the terraces are very beautifully laid with stone. When this hotel was built, no trees were cut down, so you can feel a little in the forest, all kinds of birds chirp, the air is fresh (not like in the city). At night, a chic view of the harbor opens, iridescent moonlit paths, the night burning "Bar Street" of the city of Marmaris. In short, lovers of breathtaking scenery will love it. And yet... no mosquitoes!

3. About the beach and the sea. Sunbeds on the beach dofiga. The beach itself is two-tiered: there is both sand and stone (you can see it in the pictures). Beach towels are paid (we always took from the room, although it was forbidden, no one ever told us anything). The sea was already warm in June, it’s a pity there are only a few living creatures, and there’s nothing to see under water there. By the way, there are machines with cold drinks on the beach.
4. About the room. I don’t know about others, but we (the four of us went) were lucky. The rooms are clean, comfortable, working conders are powerful, hair dryer, TV (although only the first of the Russian channels). They clean up where they are, it’s bad for us (although they gave us a tip for the first time), but for friends it’s good (they even laid out drawings from blankets every day, and they didn’t give tea! )
It's a pity there is no time to add. . . I'm leaving. . . Later in the comments I'll add the rest.
