That left behind a 14-day vacation in Turkey. This time we decided to rest in Marmaris, mainly because of the desire to visit Ephesus and Pammukale. Before that, we were in Turkey 2 times, in Kemer and Side. The hotel was chosen thoroughly, so that it was relatively inexpensive and beautiful. We stayed at the 4-star "Sun Maris Bellamare" (5 km from Marmaris), from June 5 to 19. They did not fail with beauty, but the hotel turned out to be worse than all expectations. In my opinion, he was not given any stars at all, at least they were not declared anywhere: the hotel sign is empty, the request to show a license that would confirm the status of the hotel was refused. The rooms are just terrible. We were immediately placed on the ground floor. The smell in the room is musty, there are stains on the walls from leaking, cracks. Well, the toilet is something! There is a black fungus at the joints of the tiles, the door of the shower cabin is half covered with fungus. You swipe your finger, the trace remains. After the winter, they didn’t even wash everything properly. The interior of the rooms has not been renovated since it was built. After writing a complaint, we were moved to the second floor. Here it was fresher, cleaner and less fungus. Room cleaning consisted solely of throwing out garbage (and this, despite the tip left during the first cleaning). The room was somehow cleaned, towels, bedding was replaced on the 6th day after another complaint at the reception.
About nutrition. Monotonous, tasteless, solid kvass. Meat, fish (terribly overcooked), chicken whole pieces - count on the fingers. Yes, even on the day of the Turkish night for dinner - shawarma, in my opinion, from chicken and turkey. From fruit apples and oranges, watermelon appeared from the second half of the rest. There's something wrong with their chef, or their food funding.
The animation is very weak, more aimed at holding some kind of lotteries, i. e. to extract money. The territory of the hotel, whose cottages (8 rooms each) are located on the terraces, is not well maintained. Near the houses there is dried weed grass, some kind of abandonment.

According to the composition of vacationers: at first, about 80-90% of Russians, in the second half, the number of Poles and British increased. We concluded that perhaps we Russian-speaking people are not very demanding and we are bred like suckers with these stars and we should try to relax in those hotels where Europeans have more rest.
To the beach, pool no complaints. The beach is small but cozy. It is a pity that the water in the sea was still cold for this time.
Rest your soul on excursions. We took a yacht tour around the islands of the Aegean Sea, a two-day tour to Ephesus and Pammukale. Please note that tours in hotels are 50-80% more expensive than if you purchase the tour yourself. Back in Ukraine, we contacted Diana, the head of the Raduga tour operator, via the Internet. Such an attentive, intelligent, interesting person that you simply cannot get enough of it. She arrived at the hotel, took us to the office, arranged tours. We advise everyone, otherwise the hotel guide from Pegasus Olga intimidated us so much with horror stories that excursions should only be taken from them. But in fact, everyone sails around the islands on the same yachts. We took two tours, and a sightseeing individual tour of Marmaris as a gift. They took us to the Nimara peninsula, saw a magnificent grotto, breathtaking views from the observation platforms, then a sightseeing tour of the city. Many human thanks to Diana for a great vacation and interesting stories. We also walked on our own in the National Park, along the Marmaris embankment, went to Icmeler.
In general, we had a good rest, just thought, maybe it's time to tie up with Turkey, with its all-inclusive trap, there are so many beautiful places in the world!
Before that, I never wrote reviews, but after this trip I decided to post everything that was boiling. Maybe for someone this information will be useful.
