Just returned from this hotel.
Pros:
1) if you live in Emre Beach, then from the restaurant to the beach 30 seconds at a leisurely pace. The view is cool, the embankment;
2) the hotel staff really tries and cleans from 6 am to 1 am (I saw it personally);
3) the staff is friendly, they do not spare food and alcohol and constantly offer supplements;
4) there are evening programs. Mostly local singers sing, but completely different songs. A day later, karaoke (you can order absolutely any song - they find it).
5) the food is varied, you will not stay hungry, there are snacks on pizza and burgers, there is ice cream (really tasty). But in a week, seafood was once. Fish every day (local trout).
6) the rooms are clean, not killed and they clean it too.
If it were not for the cons (about them below), then the price and quality are excellent. A good four, although they were bought as 5 stars.
Minuses.

1) we bought and paid for a room with a sea view on the first line - this is Emre Beach. It costs more, its "brother" is just Emre, which is located across 2 carriageways (and traffic in Turkey is tough) and there is no Emre pool, the main bar as well as the territory as a whole. But upon arrival, they are trying to shove everyone in Emre, they tell different fables that the tour agent deceived and the voucher is not so full and that this is all one hotel (not two) and they have the right to settle wherever they want. And that the sea has no standards, as written in the voucher

2) the second point is also connected with Anex. I don’t know if we were so lucky or it’s Anex’s policy, but the guide immediately told us that she wants to earn money, so we should (! ) Buy tourist trips from her (although they are more expensive, but this is Anex), if we don’t buy, she won’t know us knows and does not intend to help in any matters (quote! ). Then she gave 2 hours to think about choosing tours, if we don’t choose her offer, it will burn out or the price will be higher. How do you like this approach to the client? Super? We had an unpleasant situation and we asked for help (and who else? ), but they didn’t want to buy a tour at a price higher than the usual one by 50%. So, this beautiful soulful Slavic woman practically blackmailed us that our issue could be resolved only if we buy a tour from her... I saved the correspondence and if Anex tour would be interested (and this is still a gag of the guide, not the policy of Anex ), then I can tell the situation in detail and provide correspondence. The situation was really unpleasant and she could decide on the day of arrival, but she pulled until our departure (! ), while we could still buy her tour and did not solve it! We poly on principle and did not buy a tour. A day before departure, she nevertheless decided the issue. Are these nerves, and even for my money, worth the rest with Anex? Question. . .
She gave ratings to the hotel and service, not to Aneks and not to the reception, where they tried to deceive us.
