We regularly spend summer vacations with two families, we visited many places, namely Marmaris for the first time. The Aegean Sea is something no worse or better than the Adriatic. The climate is mild, due to the presence of mountains (which is not found in other regions of Turkey), the heat is easily tolerated, there is no "sauna effect" in the evenings. Internet, as in all hotels, is free only at the reception, but for 9 lira ($ 3) per day you can buy unlimited, which works well even on the beach. Safe is paid (9lir/day). For the inconvenience caused to us (the first night we were settled in an apartment, 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a track and a kitchen and one bathroom), because there were no free rooms, in compensation the hotel provided us with free internet and a safe for the entire period of our stay.
