A few words about the flight Rostov-Dalaman, Dalaman-Rostov by UTR company: I haven’t seen such a sludge for a long time . . People were stuffed like herrings in a barrel, not all toilets worked, they fed what went there (dinner), what back (early breakfast) was the same - a dry bun , butter frame, rice, chicken (not very fresh). No fruits, no vegetables (it would seem summer is in the yard), no notorious nuts and dried fruits . . I might not need food on the plane, but the child wanted to give something hot. So I concluded: no more charters.
We flew with Coral. I liked everything, and an individual transfer and settling in a beautiful room with a magnificent view of the sea.
Now about the hotel itself. Pros:
1. Territory. This is one of the main advantages of the hotel. The hotel is located almost in a pine forest. We were with a child of 1.5 years, and for her it was heaven. There is shade almost everywhere, the heat is very easily tolerated. In addition to the main pool, which was very beautiful, there are quiet and cozy pools: 2 for children and 1 for adults. They can relax and enjoy the silence. A very large area, there is where to walk, and outside the hotel there is a Marmaris-Icmeler promenade, which is also located in the shade of pine trees and offers a very beautiful view of the sea.
2. Beach. Actually because of the sea we were driving, so this point was important for us. But even here Turban pleased. The beach consists of several sections. 2 piers, 2 pantones, 1 beach with wooden boarding and large umbrellas, 2 sandy beaches with a gentle entry into the sea but with small straw umbrellas. Every morning at 7 o'clock we went to the wooden beach to take sun loungers and were in the shade all day. It's very comfortable, there is a bar nearby. The sea is amazing, not very warm, but not cold as some say. Clear water, no living creatures. The child was bathed calmly. You can buy slippers for swimming in the hotel market.
3. Food. Quite a varied menu (compare with elegans 5, Marmaris). But the breakfasts are boring. For dinner once they gave a ram on a spit - delicious, also veal chops - super, grilled salmon - worthy. Why am I talking about meat, because this is a problem . . they shove soy everywhere. Everything was in abundance for the child: cereals, ripe fruits, vegetables, a diet menu, and in extreme cases you can always go to the children's buffet and drink milk and cookies. A hungry child will not leave))
4. Number. Luxurious family two-room suite. The furniture is new, the repair is fresh, the TV sets are small, but nobody needs them. The plumbing is good.
5. Entertainment. Probably not bad. We just didn’t need them, I had my own entertainment with my daughter. Evening programs were not seen. But they heard)) At the beach bar in the evening they threw pillows, people smoked a hookah and there was live music, they sang pleasantly from the side. The guys were not intrusive, in general, what you need. Children were entertained very actively.
Now the cons:
1. The dining room is very large, the traffic of the people is huge, which is probably why the dishes were not washed thoroughly. Before departure, they fed us an early breakfast at 3 am, put real leftovers. No fresh bread for you, but there were olives . . who needs them for breakfast . .
2. No room cleaning. And if you leave a tip, they will remove it worse than without them.
3. There is no soundproofing. When I read the reviews, I realized that they wrote about good audibility in the bungalow, but it turned out that the main building had the same problem. So get ready for a pleasant listening)))
4. The lobby and corridors of the building look with a touch of former luxury. The hotel is in need of renovation.
5. There was an incident in the elevator. Stuck. It was at 10 pm. The child sleeps in her arms and another pregnant woman is with us. Guard. They simply do not have emergency ventilation, we almost suffocated. The boy on the other end of the wire does not speak English, by the way, as well as at the reception. We were looking for a Russian-speaking guide for a long time. Although this could have been avoided, we know English very well. I think that for 5 stars knowledge of English is required. staff language. After 20 minutes of confinement, the doors opened, and an ambulance was waiting outside. This fact was like a balm for the soul. The reaction is good.

They were the most friendly and pleasant people of all. Their children are lovely and well-mannered. They always say hello, play with the baby, share toys. 7. A la carte fish restaurant. It is better to spend a little more money and go to the Marin quarter, eat oysters or grilled lobster or octopus and really enjoy it. And what they feed in this restaurant you can eat at home. I can’t say anything about Italian, the hotel guide advised us not to go there. Highly recommend Nill's waterfront restaurant. The view of the yachts and the fresh oysters are great. By the way, watermelon, children's food and coffee were brought to us for free.
8. The biggest negative. On the last day, we poisoned ourselves together. We were 4 adults. Each sausage in his own way. We thought for a long time and painfully what was the reason, and on the 3rd day after arriving home it dawned on us: 95% of it was water in the relax pool. We were almost alone there, so this grief did not catch other people. So be vigilant. Swimming is best and healthier in the sea. We had to climb there, take pictures... We were exhausted the whole return flight and the way.
In general, against the background of obvious pluses, these minuses are still significant. The hotel is not 5 star. 4 is possible. The only one who liked everything was our daughter. (Unless, of course, you do not bathe children in pools). For a family holiday a great option.
