Family vacation in a good hotel. Just very boring. If you are traveling with a group, you will be fine there. Or if you are looking for peace and tranquility. Well, or if you hang out all night on Barov Street, and just relax in the hotel, gaining strength before the upcoming night, then it will also do. And so the hotel is rather a respectable resort. Vacationers - 99% couples of different ages, almost all with children. No one meets or talks to anyone. During our vacation, only my sister and I and three 30-year-old Turks were among the youth, who really wanted to be friends with us, but could only communicate in Turkish. Oops. . . s. . . s. . .
Close to Marmaris with its shops, restaurants and Bar Street! At the same time in the cedar forest, right on the sea! Marmaris is only 3 km away. Dolmush (minibus) ride for 5-7 minutes. Travel 2 lira (1 Euro) per person. Taxi 20 lire. Both during the day and at night. According to the taximeter knocks out about 22 Euro. But usually you agree on 20.
The territory is luxurious: a magical mixture of cedar forest, the smell of pine needles and the sea! Huge area by the standards of Marmaris. We walked along the sea from Marmaris to Icmeler. Only three hotels in the Grand Yazici chain have such a luxurious territory. All three hotels are one after another along the sea and are located. There are also very large and green hotels, but it is far from Barov Street: from 10 to 17 km. For those who care about nightlife, it will be expensive to return by taxi.

We lived in room 1642 - a second row bungalow. The first row - only marina suites. Double standard room. We settled in 15 minutes. Although we arrived at the hotels at 10:30 in the morning, neither we nor 2 other women who came with us waited for resettlement until 14:00. By the way, we traveled with TUI. Not the first time. And always at the highest level: charters, transfers, guides, information support at the hotel. At the reception, they took into account the wishes for accommodation absolutely free of charge. Women wished to move into a 2-room family room, they gave $ 20. They didn’t take the money, pointing to the type box, they say, the tip box is there. But the wish was fulfilled, offering to settle in the main building, in the desired room. We really wanted a bungalow. So they settled, and in the row closest to the restaurant. Bungalow overlooking the sea, right in front of the picturesque rocks where local photographers took photo shoots. Room on the 1st floor. Spacious, bright, clean, dry. No signs of dampness or mustiness. The sea view is luxurious. Perhaps it would be better only from the first row of marina suites. But there prices for the tour are 3 times higher!
Service at the hotel is top notch. The staff is friendly, smiling and accommodating. Wherever you are, whoever you turn to, you will always be listened to attentively and all your requests and wishes will be impeccably fulfilled! The bars have a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, both locally produced and imported. Pour into glasses! For beer - nuts. How many times do not come up for drinks - always jokes, smiles, attention!
Fed to death! There was even borscht. Rich, as it should be! Grilled for dinner: meat, poultry, fish. The choice of salads is huge. Desserts are also in stock, baklava every other day. Tea, coffee - I don’t want to take it at any time of the day. At night, a restaurant with snacks is open: soups, sausages, cheeses, bread, vegetables, fruits, drinks. You come after the disco, so there is a hotz - please. People are allowed to take out food from the restaurant (which is extremely unusual for Turkey): fruits, pastries, and whatever you like, take it out. No one yells, they don’t grab hands and don’t demand a return. Very democratic! We dined in a Turkish cafe with gozleme cakes with ayran! We two girls had enough! Yes, and very tasty! Just did not like the huge tables in the main restaurant. You have to have dinner with strangers, not always adequate. There is no feeling of an intimate dinner, in a pleasant company. It would have been much nicer for us to have dinner together. Why not spread the tables for 2.4, 6.8 people? Those who are resting with a large team - large tables for those who are small - can also be offered. The area of the hotel allows! In my opinion - a big omission. And there should also be a division on the terrace into smoking / non-smoking zones, and not only: a smoking terrace, indoors - no.
The sea is clean! The bottom is rocky, pebbly. Entering is not convenient, but swimming in is even very good! Beaches 3: with wooden decking, sandy and pier. There are beach bars everywhere. Sunbeds are always enough. True, the edge of the sea can be busy. And the second or third row is always free.

It seems that there is entertainment in the hotel, even animators are available. But we did not see or hear anyone, because sunbathing on the sea, and all the entertainment by the pool. We didn't go to the evening shows either. We are not interested in this at all. Immediately after dinner, we went to a bar by the sea, where there is live music and you can comfortably relax on cushion chairs. And by 12 o'clock at night they were independently nominated for Bar Street. Animators also offered to drive with them to discos. It costs $10 I think. Round-trip transfer included, one drink for free (after you take the first one for money). But they take you to some rotten clubs. We went on our own, to the Arena, for 2 lira there, and there - you'll figure it out! : -)
Rested without children. We can't say anything about this!
