Here is a park hotel, every second you see something beautiful around, pines and palm trees everywhere, as well as flowers and a variety of trees and shrubs. We walked around Marmaris and boldly say that Labranda is one of the three best hotels in the region, the other two, Palace and Turban, are beautiful, but have a completely different price tag. Yes, Labranda is an old hotel, but no one hides it, there are different rooms. The hotel is undergoing renovation, something is improving gradually. We immediately booked the Sea View Main Building. We were first settled in a room with a partial, I would say, sea view, at the end of a long corridor that goes from the elevator. My husband has a problem with his leg, and we were not going to sit in one place. We were upset because the rest would be ruined in the evenings due to aching legs. I went to the front desk and explained the situation to the manager. Burak Bey speaks excellent English, so there were no problems with communication. The hotel was full, we were not promised anything, but they told us to follow the trail. day 11. We turned to our tour operator, and in the morning we talked with the guest relations manager Inna, she came with us to the reception, addressed Burak-bey in Turkish. And - our happiness knew no bounds - Burak Bey gave us the keys to the room next to the elevator, huge, with a panoramic view of the sea. We realized later that this was a reserve room for people with disabilities, the room was specially equipped, but it didn’t bother us - a gorgeous view, great location, what more could you want. Who helped us to change the number, we did not understand, but a huge thank you to both Inna and Burak-bey - true professionals. We spent a wonderful week at the hotel, enjoying the views, swimming and sunbathing, going on excursions. Speaking of the sea: after the reviews, they were afraid of cold water - don’t believe it, the water is beautiful, they didn’t get out of the water, I’m a freezer, I wouldn’t climb into cold water for anything, the water is comfortable, salty from an abundance of algae, pushes the body right. The bay is wonderful: yachts, boats and ferries in the distance decorate the sea view and do not let your eyes get bored. I will not write about food, everyone will find something to their liking. Who needs a restaurant serving and a personal waiter at the table - do not take all inclusive, eat in restaurants. Our waiters were helpful, polite, I don't know why, we spoke English and Russian. The hotel has minor flaws, so 8, not 10. If the hotel completely changes the furniture and makes a complete renovation, the prices for tours will simply skyrocket, but now the price-quality ratio is optimal. We didn't want to leave. You have to go here for at least 2 weeks. Recommended. . . PS While flying over Marmaris in an airplane, we looked out the porthole, easily found our Labrandochka and photographed her as a keepsake from a height.
