We arrived yesterday. Haven't seen a worse hotel. I was with my mom and 8 year old son. The service and accommodation seem to be for the unpretentious client with the perpetually drenched in alcohol eyes. Accommodation: The rooms are in poor condition. Moreover, I saw the entire number of rooms of this hotel (the number changed 2 times). In the so-called "deluxe" we spent 2 nights and moved to the "standard" in another building. So, "deluxe": it's impossible to sleep - there is no soundproofing, a terrible smell in the bathroom, a very small room, a large terrace. " "Standard": big shabby room, old furniture, ugly bathroom, good soundproofing. Cleaning in the rooms is not - change towels and bedding sometimes. I had to catch the maid and force her to clean it as expected - a vacuum cleaner, mopping, cleaning the toilet, bath, washbasin. As a result, they cleaned 2 times in 2 weeks))
The food is normal, there are no fruits and berries (I don’t consider apples and oranges as such). In the last week, a watermelon appeared. Service in the restaurant is ok, but that's for me. I speak English, smile, act "royal". I saw how other Russian-speakers are treated, I didn’t like it.
The beach is a separate story. Obviously not designed for such a large number of tourists. The sunbeds are right next to each other, and still at 7 am there is not a single free one. Mattresses are dirty, tables too. The toilets are filthy, and the changing rooms smell of stale urine.
On the beach, we left towels on a chair in a fish restaurant and just swam in the sea. The sea is wonderful, cool, bright turquoise, absolutely transparent. But this is not the merit of the hotel, it is there everywhere.
The last few days we went to a paid beach in Icmeler, there are a lot of them. That was great! The beaches are sandy, clean, the entrance to the sea is small-pebble. Sun loungers, umbrellas, mattresses are all brand new, toilets, changing cabins, showers are all clean. Service on the beach is just class. And all this for ridiculous money. You order three drinks for $ 2 (for example, juice), and you have 3 sun loungers with umbrellas at your disposal for the whole day)) It’s a pity that I didn’t find out all this on the first day, I wouldn’t go to the hotel beach at all.
The pool is not interesting.
Animation is not interested, but what I heard sucks. Although, in the bar there was live music performed by a duet (a man and a woman) - it was worthy. They also sing in a fish restaurant on the shore.
The playground is small, dirty, with a terrible smell from the toilet (located right on the playground!! ).
A la carte restaurants are not worth visiting, we have been to all three. No food, the main restaurant is better.
The hotel has a chip! From 15.00 to 15.30 children under the age of twelve are given free ice cream. Attraction unheard of generosity observed personally, sitting in a bar. Lakhudra, who gives out this ice cream, tortures each child for a long time - and if he came for ice cream for the second time. Children, confused, begin to make excuses (but these are those who know English). Those children who do not know English leave with nothing.

Inna organized a birthday cake for me, it was very nice. And in general they tried, as best they could, to smooth out all the shortcomings of the hotel. Unfortunately, this is not possible, since nothing depends on them.
In general, in everything that happens in the hotel, the immeasurable redneck of the hotel owners comes through.
General conclusion: If you are a self-respecting person living in civilized comfortable conditions, do not drink, do not smoke, prefer a comfortable, relaxing holiday for your money (we paid $ 2740 for 2 weeks) - there is nothing for you to do in this hotel.
