We rested in Marmaris at the beginning of autumn, so I think we didn’t see a large crowd of people both on the beach, in the sea, in the hotel... although there are enough people. We were placed at the Mares Hotel very quickly, fortunately, we arrived there at 18.00 local time and we practically didn’t have to wait for check-in, well, except for those tourists with whom we flew together (28 people). At first glance, I liked the hotel with its large green area... There are a lot of flowering and simply green plants: oleanders, pine, juniper, ficus, thuja and many others whose names I don’t know))). We were settled in a large Family Room bungalow with two bedrooms and one common room, the windows and the entrance face the sea and the entire bay of Marmaris is visible. The room is clean, but it is clear that the furniture is not new but quite decent, our plumbing was apparently recently replaced, everything worked properly, the water was always both cold and hot.
Air conditioning in the common room and one in the adult bedroom. But this was quite enough: they included only at least 1 of them. since the hotel has a large territory, we had to walk 3-4 minutes to the sea, about the same to the main restaurant, but this did not upset us at all, because it was simply necessary to eat the accumulated calories on the all-inclusive system. There are many bars in the hotel where you could take drinks all day long: 2 by the sea, 1 by the beach, 1 in the middle of the hotel on the way to the beach (Sultan bar, there was a live disco in the evening) and one near the reception, there was another near the main restaurant, but we used it only after dinner (in the same place, by the way, there are two billiard tables). The restaurant seemed to us a rather diverse menu, in my opinion, there is food for any of the most capricious eaters. The animation is rather banal: during the day, water polo, who wants it, in the evening a "children's" disco, though the songs are all in English and other languages . .
. my daughter sometimes didn’t buy into what to do there))) for adults there are small competitions, on Fridays there is a show-Turkish night... well, how to say Turkish . . how to say show... Well done guys, and girls . . they would have legs break))) but we didn’t suffer from the lack of animation, we went to rest and we didn’t need it... In the evenings we sat in a bar near the pool, indulged in cocktails, beer and delicious tea... and if we were very bored, we went to the Sultan bar, you could dance there. The staff, bartenders are very friendly, you could chat and laugh. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel. The only negative that I can note is very poor cleaning in the rooms... the maximum that the cleaning lady does is wipe the floors and change towels... I didn’t notice any dust on the tables and bedside tables, nor the toilet bowl, nor the sink to be cleaned and cleaned. We often had to be in the room during housekeeping when the child was sleeping at lunchtime. . and our signs and English words,

they say, quieter the child is sleeping, they didn’t have any effect on her . . Constantly in loud tones and in Turkish, she spat, since our child is not susceptible to loud sounds))) well, that’s probably all that could be said about the hotel... Yes, towels beach issued on bail 10 dollars, a deposit for the entire holiday, replacement after 3-4 days... in three a la carte restaurants, you order in advance. days for 2-3, one restaurant - Turkish, 2nd - Italian, 3rd paid (20 lire per person) - seafood.
in general, we were satisfied with the rest
P. S. I have never seen such purity of the sea anywhere, although there are already 4 countries of beach holidays behind. . .
