Hello! Your attention is a review of the Marbas Beach Hotel 3 *, which is located in the village of Icmeler, 13 km from the city of Marmaris, Turkey.

Check in:
We rested there 16-23.07. 2021, flew from the tour company Anex Tour from Kyiv.
We arrived at the hotel at 8:00 am and were ready for breakfast. Check-in to the rooms, in principle, as everywhere else, according to the rules from 14.00, but there is an opportunity to use the "quick check-in" function, which costs $ 10 per room, which I consider to be quite an acceptable price.
Hotel:
The hotel is 5 floors, with 1 restaurant, 1 bar and 1 small pool next to the restaurant.
The location of the hotel is wonderful, the view from the restaurant is simply stunning, which gives you an unforgettable experience at every meal.
Between the beach and the hotel there is a promenade (pedestrian promenade) - but you should know that in all Icmeler and Marmaris hotels of the 1st line are separated from the beach by a promenade.
Food:
there were 4 meals, clearly on schedule, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea (mostly 3 different types of buns) and dinner.
In our check-in due to quarantine restrictions, food was poured by hotel workers. You need to come up with a plate, indicate what you want and they will gladly put everything for you. You definitely won't leave hungry.
Language:
A distinctive feature of Marmaris from Antalya and Alanya for me was the lack of a Russian-speaking population and staff, which makes it possible to feel really abroad.
Of course, the staff has a couple of Russian phrases, but mostly English and Turkish.
Also, during our check-in, there were almost no Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, which also surprised and pleased us very much.
Rooms:
the rooms are not large, but bright and comfortable, there is air conditioning, a small ancient thick TV with two Russian channels, a normal bathroom and a good bed, our room also had a balcony. The view was on the mountain and also a piece of the sea and the promenade.
Room number 506, I was satisfied with the number.
Icmeler or Marmaris?
For me, Icmeler is definitely quieter, cleaner and more comfortable.
in Marmaris you can look at any moment, the promenade is 13 km away, we rode bikes and also walked. There is also a shuttle bus running directly from the hotel.
The hotel is located at the very end of Icmeler, which is also excellent, there are no tourists constantly wandering along the promenade, and there is no noise from neighboring larger hotels with animation.
