In Turkey, the 4th time... but this is the first time. Room cleaning every day, but they didn’t change the bedding. And they broke (during cleaning) a tonalka for 20 EUR for my wife. They didn’t even apologize. They just smiled. Some of the staff don’t speak Russian.
