Mersoy exclusive aqua hotel, should be renamed MERZOY! because throughout the rest you will think "what an abomination!? ". It is not clear what kind of 4 stars we are talking about, we have never even seen such triples !!
We arrived at the hotel on 17.08. 2022 in the late-late night. The check-in was very fast, because there was no one else besides us. We ordered a standard room because at the time of purchase there were no more family rooms left. In the description, everything was quite normal, for an older child (8 years) an extra bed, for a baby (3 months) a crib. When we entered the room, we were stunned, the older one was given an old folding bed, the younger one was not given anything, it’s good that we had a stroller, the child slept in it, but the room was so tiny that after the stroller drove in, it became impossible to move around in it.
When we started to pack, we saw that the bed linen was dirty, there was earth and some stains on it.

The husband went to the reception and explained the situation, he was promised to come up and figure it out, what do you think happened next? But nothing. They scored on us and for all 8 nights of rest they didn’t change it for us, not once! In a 4 star hotel they don't change linen!!!!!
We went to this hotel because of the beautiful slides, so that the eldest daughter could ride while we babysit the youngest, but there are no slides: ) we were told "oh ah, there are no pictures of the old slides. " Well, the photo of the hotel is a separate conversation, the building, which depicts only 18+, i. e. we went to one hotel, but ended up in a completely different one, we have children, we can live in a city, we will be fine.
Of course, we wanted to change the hotel, we called about this issue, but we were told that the money for this hotel would not be returned to us. We decided to stay, paying for 2 hotels is already too much.
First about the pros.
The air conditioner works well, it cools the room normally, but it rattles like an old Minsk refrigerator in the village of my grandmother, who knows what I mean - he understands that you can only sleep to these sounds when you are deaf. Every dinner fries and drinks for adults in glass, not plastic. This is where the pluses end. The windows of the room overlooked the street, where the bar is located, in which, until the morning, tusa-dzhusa, music yells, spotlights shine into the room, an excellent building for families with children. Several guests by night were getting drunk, slamming doors, knocking like crazy, yelling and cursing.
Entering the room is a quest, the doors are opened with the help of a card key, but it works 1 time out of 5, and all this time the siren howls, not everyone can press the door handle either, you have to pull it, press it, shake it ...
Mostly locals and Germans rest in the hotel, so the staff does not know Russian, of course, we managed in English, but in the description of the hotel we were promised Russian-speaking head waiters.
Turks darkness! Moreover, so many women in religious clothes bathe in the pool, as for me it is unhygienic ...

There is some kind of paddling pool in the pool, there are a lot of people, everyone is screaming furiously ...sunbeds near the pool are occupied from 7:30-8 in the morning, after breakfast everything is already taken.
The sea, of course, is wonderful, the sun is gentle, the mountains are beautiful, but to get to the beach you need to move along a tiny sidewalk and cross the road, cars and bikes don’t let people pass anywhere, so don’t even think about hoping for a pedestrian crossing. Everything is paid on the beach, so prepare 100 lira for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella.
In general, this hotel is some kind of queue stimulator. If you want to feel like a Soviet person with coupons in queues, you are here.
If there are no queues at breakfast + -, then for lunch and dinner they are occupied 20 minutes before the start. But don’t flatter yourself about breakfast either, if you come closer to the end you won’t get everything, so I was left without fried eggs 2 times.
The food is disgusting! It's kind of greasy, pigs even eat better ...Rotten apples, unsweetened watermelons, green peaches. Vegetables are just the bottom! Five is even better. Meat dishes have the same taste and smell, disgusting! For lunch, leftovers from breakfast, for dinner from lunch ...the logic, I think, is clear.
There seems to be a choice in the bar, but there doesn’t seem to be one ...3 cocktails differ only in color, beer to taste with water, dry wine is more or less tolerable, coffee too ...
A couple of times they had almost nothing, one by one she called the drinks, and the bartender shrugged. In the evening, by the way, there is also a queue at the bar.
The tables are very dirty, the sunbeds too, it is better not to consider the bottom of the pool, there is mud there. I just keep silent about plates and cutlery, it discourages any desire to eat ...
and again the only thing you think about is unsanitary conditions.
In the common toilets, again, there are queues, there is no soap, the toilets are flushed every other time.
Our room was on the second floor, the elevator didn't work 3 times in 8 days! There are no ramps to the floors, a very "excellent" children's building, with a stroller it's chic to drag up the stairs.

WiFi is terrible, catches badly, periodically cuts off completely. There is no animation, in general, the children's room does not work, just someone is sleeping there ...
Have you ever dreamed of returning from vacation as soon as possible? That's what we dreamed of! The city is wonderful, however, we really want to return to Icmeler, but we will bypass the Mersoy hotel!
I am writing with the desire to warn people against wasted money and ruined vacations. I hope that the tour operators will stop lying to people and hire "clerks" who will praise this under-hotel.
