The perception of the hotel depends primarily on the mood and initial selection criteria.
My choice was based on
1. The first line is a plus.
2. Own beach is a plus. For Marmaris, this is important, because. otherwise, the municipal beach or the beach from the bar for a drink - 17-30 lire.
3. The absence of a roadway in front of the beach is a plus.
Everything fits these criteria. Reading previous reviews about food / entertainment / rooms - I could not make a complete picture, because. everything was very different.
Now I can confirm or deny - the rooms are really old, at least in the main building and need to be updated. But we had a sea view room 212 and the view made up for it. There are 2 channels on TV - But we came for impressions, excursions and the sea, and not for a TV and a room.
Cleaning was almost every day, towels on demand, bed every 2 or 3 days. But my husband and I had no complaints.

Food - at first we didn’t like it much - all soy sausage. Write a lot of vegetarian, and we are meat eaters, ice cream on Mondays and Fridays, from watermelon fruit, but every day and for all main meals. Then we found for ourselves what we can eat - there was always something meat - pork, chicken, turkey, fish - dorado and mackerel (1 time). In the morning, the coolest omelet.
By check-in - we arrived at the hotel after 14.00, so we settled quickly.
In general, I liked everything, but it needs to be updated, and if paid Internet is ready to pay, but I would just catch it all over the hotel.
