This is not the first time I'm resting in Turkey, I've heard a lot about Marmaris. Decided to take a break with a friend. We had to rest in another hotel, but on the dates of our arrival, our hotel did not accept and we were offered a hotel of a higher category - it turned out to be Pineta. Wi Fi is only at the reception, but very weak, in the evening it is not there, because there are a lot of people who want to sit on the Internet. They settled us in the building, where the reception, the rooms - a la Kirillovka. The room is old, there is only one glass in the windows. The windows overlooked the pool and terrace, where Turkish weddings were celebrated every day. So the wedding movement, the music in the bar, the noise and screams of vacationers until 4 in the morning did not leave us for a day. And at 5 am, the mullah is already screaming. The dining room is just tin, you can’t call it a restaurant. There are tables in a row of 3-4 pieces, covered with long sheets, and on top of crumpled tablecloths with unwashed stains. A lot of vacationers were Arabs, Turks, they were shocked like us. The food is very poor, from meat only chicken and offal, it was such that the chicken was already smelly, and soy, beans. There were also few fruits, apples, oranges with rotten skins, grapes. There are long queues around, the dining room is not designed for a large number of people. There was even a fight between two tourists in line for the preparation of some dish near the open stove. In general, you can write a lot more, but good is not enough. Nature in Marmaris is gorgeous. The hotel is a 7 minute walk from the beach. We took many excursions so as not to stay at the hotel, but went to the beach in Icmeler. Those who travel for the first time to Turkey, I do not recommend the Pineta hotel, ruin your whole impression of this country. There are good 4s in Marmaris, you just need to pay a little more.
