Traveled with my husband in May. The tour was taken through the travel agency "Let's go with us", Odessa. Just want to note that outwardly the hotel is different from the photo on the site. Everything is much worse. The photos that were taken on the site, apparently, immediately after the repair, which is unknown when it was still. As soon as you get into the hall of the hotel, you understand all the wretchedness and unsanitary conditions. The reception is all shabby, the walls are not the first freshness, dirty. The staff leaves much to be desired, apparently their salary is the same as the appearance of the hotel. The room we were given was also dirty and smelled terribly of cigarettes. After the scandal, we were given another one, better than the previous one, but there were problems with cleanliness and there were problems. Cleaning was done every day, and we always left 1-2 dollars, but this did not help much either. I'm afraid to imagine how they clean the rooms, without dollars. The refrigerator was broken, so no one came to us until the end of the departure to fix it. The woman from the next room lost money after cleaning. Sleeping at night is not possible, from 22:00 to 06:00 the music from the restaurant, which is located under the hotel, screams wildly, and there are never any customers there, for whom such loud music is not known. It is not possible to open the window at night, in the morning we woke up like beaten. The food is disgusting. If sausages were given in the morning, then for lunch there were the same half-eaten sausages, only already fried, and in the evening they were the same, only already embellished with tomato paste. If french fries were for lunch, then in the evening they are cut into cubes... and that's it. From desserts, cheap jelly with dye, cut into cubes and semolina with gelatin and dye. Of the promised juices - cheap fanta and powders (similar to yupi) diluted to such an extent with water that there was practically no sweetness in them, and there was not even gas left in the fanta. A piece of the beach belonging to our hotel is dirty, there are cigarette butts in tracing paper, the sun loungers are also dirty, shabby, obviously not the first freshness ((
Tours were taken from the hotel tour representative - Ibrahim. The fact that we overpaid is naturally our fault, but this is a separate conversation... The trouble is that even the tours were not what he promised. This man promised all the tours from the Join UP tour operator and, accordingly, took money for this, but in fact he simply resold us to cheap street tour operators, where there was not even a Russian guide. The hotel management knows this and covers it.
Not a hotel, but a garbage hole, we do not recommend it to anyone.
