Guys - I did not know at all and did not even think that this happens!
1. Numbers:
The room is not bad, but all the furniture is shabby, but it's not so bad.
Magnetic locks open the door from 4-6 times; in the shower, the water does not drain, it is collected and everything is poured onto the floor.
We were in the 3rd, 2 adults and 1 child, towels, shampoo, shower gel, a blanket were for two persons, we walked for 4 days and asked for more sets for the child, we were promised to bring each time, but we didn’t what we didn’t get, after 4 days, we found a maid and took what we needed from her ourselves.
2. Staff: rude, talking, the bartender refuses to serve.

3. Meals: all inclusive is a scam! The food is just terrible, it's just not possible to eat, there is no fruit - not at all, the bartender pours 1 glass and that's it, and then refuses to pour it, and because of this, there are constant scandals with the guests with him. Only breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, there are no snacks at all, there is not even something primitive at the bar - from the word no, it’s nothing at all, that is, from 14:00 to 19:30 you go hungry and this is called what all inclusive!!!
4. The rules established with the covid situation are not observed at all, nothing is disinfected, the temperature has never been measured, you put food on your own in the dining room, the only thing you need to do is to wear a mask and gloves. Dishes are dirty and broken.
5. Beach: this is a separate horror! The beach is from the hotel, but no one watches it, the whole city comes to lie on the free sun loungers, they drink, smoke, etc. , for 8 days no one has ever cleaned it, dirty unreal!!!
Guys - think 100 times before going to this hotel. A ruined vacation is guaranteed here.
6. Wi-fi is only at the reception and it does not always work, although it was written in the tour description that it is available throughout the hotel.
