Don't confuse! These are two different hotels with one owner. And it is better to get to the beach hotel - by the sea, with its own beach, spa, gym, large area. They are not equal, have different "star categories", visually visible (passed daily along the road to the sea and visited the gym).

LOCATION. Cons: Across the road - crazy drivers in cars and bugs do not pass. On the one hand, it is really dangerous, because due to the turn and bushes the car is not visible, you can easily get under the wheels. The hotel is located on both sides of the road between other buildings and the bazaar above the road. The view from the window on the pool is a better option than on the road. Center - up to 2 km. We rented bicycles or walked. Near the hotel near the market.
Pros: relatively close to the sea.
ANIMATION: not available. Some drunken Russians arranged for themselves animations with dancing on high bar stools - why not a show)) after 23.00 the hotel goes to sleep.

About the worst rooms: peeling walls, horrible tiles, old bed and torn, not fresh, tired… Toilet and bath - a kind of pantry. Shower - a hole in the floor, curtain….
The best rooms are spacious, newer, cleaner and nicer. They cleaned every day. We left a couple of dollars for the whole hour. Bed linen was changed once and towels were changed several times.

Suitable for budget holidays and for those who do not sit still. If you want comfort, relaxation, views of the sea or garden, animation, sophistication - you are not here.
I didn't like the fact that the hotel was hosted by most Russians, some of them were absolutely adequate and pleasant, and some of them served instead of animation after drinking alcohol to a lesser extent.
