My husband and I visited Sesin in July 2017. We are from Ukraine. I want to describe the advantages and disadvantages of staying in this hotel.
Advantages:
A) The staff, the guys who collect the dirty plates from the tables, were very nice and did their job very well.
B) The food is ok for us. Maybe not as much meat, but still good. Lots of dishes and I see that the chefs try to do their job well and with love.
C) The hotel is located on the second line from the sea, 5-7 minutes from the sea.
D) The bath is good
Disadvantages:
A) We had a room with a view of another hotel. Another hotel is located very close and very noisy due to the noise from the air conditioners.
B) I asked the girl at the reception to bring me a second blanket. She promised to come, but she didn't. From the second reminder, she came and brought the veil. I think it's not good that she can promise and not do what she promised.
C) There are no irons in a 4 star hotel. This is nonsense. Instead, they suggested that I use the laundry service. I have an old dress. They offer me to pay 8 lira to have this dress pressed (the cost of this dress is the same). I asked to do it cheaper, but they refused.
D) Room cleaning is not very good. Once we asked the cleaning lady to clean our room in an hour (the time was 13:30), but she said that she could do the cleaning in 5 minutes or tomorrow.
E) Wi-Fi speed is very slow.
I do not recommend this hotel for a good stay.

d) Room and bath are in good conditions.

a) We have a room with a view to the other hotel. Other hotel is located very close and it is very noisy due to noise from air conditions. It seems that they are very dirty and it causes that terrible noise like an exhauster day-and-night.
b) I asked girl on the reception to come to my room because I wanted one more cover. She promised to come but she did not. From the second reminding, she came and gave one more cover. I think such kind of service is not ok that she can promise and do not do what she promised.
