The hotel is old, the rooms are not renovated. The toilet was leaking in the bathroom - for 4 days of stay, provided that the towels were changed twice in the room, the floor was wiped a little and the garbage was taken away, no one fixed the problem. There are no bath amenities (shower gel, shampoo, etc. ). But there is a hair dryer. The age of the hotel but in working order.
There was an old air conditioner that also worked! TV - "Soviet", but whether it works, did not check. But the bed....More precisely, the mattress on the bed, I saw the founders of the hotel: the springs stuck out in the truest sense of the word, it was impossible to sleep. The windows of the room overlooked the street, but not the central one, it was comfortable to sleep. And about wild boars from the mountains - TRUE !!! ! At night they went down and ate from garbage containers. The dogs in the area went crazy. . )
Staff. The staff smiles. This is perhaps their only plus) But once again they are not in a hurry anywhere. True, they settled at 12.00 instead of 14.00, for which, of course, thanks to them!

The hotel has an elevator. Worker.
There is a small pool. Clean! I swam once: no smell of bleach, no mold, no dirt. But the sun loungers and some rubber mattresses for them are of dubious quality and age) There is also a bar. They poured something bright blue and bright red into plastic REUSABLE cups) I didn’t dare to try.
I can’t say anything about the food - only once I went down to have coffee for breakfast. From plastic glasses, from a machine gun (((Disgusting. I saw a lot of greens, two types of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, toast, portioned jams, butter and honey. There were some cereals and cold milk.
Summing up: the location is good, away from the main street, to the promenade and the beach - 3 minutes on foot. To the center of Marmaris - 5 km, about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. On the way to the center, by the way, I recommend Andy's Bar and Restaurant (opposite Aegent Park Hotel): excellent Turkish coffee, European and Turkish cuisine, attentive host, excellent service!!!
I don’t recommend it with children at all - apart from a shallow pool two by two meters, they have absolutely nothing to do there. It is also unlikely to suit romance) I only needed a place to spend the night for 3 nights. As such, the hotel fits.
There was a feeling that there is no owner. Or he is, but he doesn't care. It's a shame....With good care and repair, a good hotel would come out.
