Good hotel on the first line. Clean, quiet, calm. Convenient location - the beach is a stone's throw from the restaurant and bar. You left the hotel, raised your hand - and you are already in a dolmush with three stripes, which goes to the center of Marmaris or in orange, which will take you to Ichmiler. There is enough for a relaxing holiday - there is a bar, a swimming pool with good sun loungers, a spa, a gym. Food in the restaurant without any frills, but quite decent, we definitely were not hungry. Even from the sea you can see that the territory of the hotel is distinguished by a large amount of greenery. A very good beach: not wide, but there were always enough sunbeds, with clean water, convenient entry into the water for the elderly. In comparison with Ichmiler, there were very few people in the water on the beach of the Tropical Hotel.
Of the minuses. The unkind duty manager arranged for all Ukrainian tourists from our flight to the worst rooms in the hotel: on the second floor, with unregulated air conditioning, without a balcony and with windows on the street thundering day and night. They finally finished off three steps from the room to the bathroom and the exit - for my mother with arthrosis, this is an incredibly difficult obstacle. In the bathroom, a thin oilcloth curtain does not close the room at all from shower splashes, the bathroom is tiny, full of water and slippery. Contacting the general manager did not help. The replacement of the number with steps for another was made only after three days of persistent persuasion. I offered to pay extra for relocation, at least officially, at least unofficially, but there were no free rooms with balconies for us.

The air conditioner worked according to the mood - it turned itself off. Around the entrance is a dump of old pots. During the day, a large turtle came to visit, after which I constantly kept the door closed so that something more unpleasant did not crawl. In a hotel where more than 95% of the rooms have balconies with sea views, we found ourselves in the worst options. Unpleasant. It is especially unpleasant when you have hardly earned a vacation, you bring an elderly mother to Marmaris for the first time and really want her vacation to be perfect.
