We arrived at the hotel at night, at three o'clock. We had a sea view room booked and confirmed by the hotel. But we were settled in a standard room overlooking the road - 236. Of course, we were indignant and began to demand another one. But we were told that today the hotel is full and there are no rooms with a sea view. This number 236 is disgusting! ! ! It has two steps from the front door to the room. The likelihood of slipping while getting out of the shower, or falling without noticing them, is very high. Another negative is the road under the window, on which cars drive from morning to night and all night. There is no balcony in the room. Outside the window there is a small grill on which you can dry clothes.
Do not subscribe to this number under any circumstances! ! ! Spoil your vacation! ! ! We spent two nights in it without unpacking our suitcases. After that, they gave us a room with a sea view - 320. As compensation for the inconvenience, we were provided with a free safe. The only negative in the room is the shower. He is immovable. The jet beats very strongly and it is impossible to adjust it. Otherwise, everything is fine: individual air conditioning, a small TV (with a Russian-speaking first channel), a refrigerator with a key, a safe, a hairdryer in the shower. The pool and sea views are amazing! The hotel is small, but cozy, immersed in greenery area. It has no animation. There is no music, even in the bar in the evenings. Although music was playing in neighboring hotels. The beach at the hotel is good, sunbeds on it are free, mattresses are paid (3 liras), you can take towels at the reception for $ 5 apiece, return the towels - you will be refunded. There was enough space for everyone. You don't need to get up at 6-7 am to reserve your spot.
The beach has sand and stones. We swam in beach shoes. In the sea, they once found the neck of a glass bottle near the shore. The sea is amazing! ! ! Transparent and cool. It's great to swim in it after the heat! The food at the hotel is good and varied. For breakfast - muesli with milk, potatoes, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, vegetables, greens, pastries. For lunch - spaghetti with sauce, rice, chicken, turkey with vegetables. For dinner - fried fish, muffins, cakes, jelly with cream. There were always watermelon and melon. During breaks you can have a snack with croissants, coffee. Near the pool, a woman baked delicious cakes with herbs, cheese and potatoes. The bar offers free drinks - tonic, beer, wine (red and white), gin, vodka, . For money - freshly squeezed orange juice, espresso coffee, cappuccino. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They speak Russian poorly, but they try to learn. Together with you. If you help, they will learn it faster! We all studied English and German at school.

As part of the school curriculum, you will be able to communicate with them. There are many foreigners in the hotel: Germans, Dutch, British, Bulgarians, Serbs. They behave differently. They talk loudly and laugh. Young Englishmen once got very drunk in a bar and entertained us with their fakks through every word. Many did not like this, but the Turks did not make any remarks to them, but smiled sweetly. We also smiled, but through clenched teeth. I'm not against self-expression, but I'm sure the Russians would be reprimanded in this situation. In general, the different attitude towards foreigners and ours is striking, although this year there are a lot of Russians in Marmaris compared to previous years (we are in Marmaris for the second time). Because of this, the time spent on the island was reduced, but no one was going to extend it for us. At the appointed time, the yacht was to sail. I had to make a fuss. After that, on the way back, the turtles were fed to us and even pulled one onto the deck. The rest of the tours went off without a hitch.
Loved the Turkish belly dance on the night walk. The dancer did her best and shook up the lazy tourists. It was a lot of fun!
We really enjoyed our stay in Marmaris! From a small fishing village, it has become a wonderful holiday destination for tourists from different countries. The atmosphere in it is very friendly, everyone laughs, smiles, apologizes if something is wrong. I don't want to fight with anyone. If you yourself are polite and friendly, then they will treat you the same way. Have a nice holiday! ! !
