First of all, I would like to note that this is not just a hotel for adults, that this is more of an option for couples. And in order:
Beach: coarse, gray sand. The entrance to the sea is gentle. The sun loungers are excellent, but the umbrellas are so-so. The sea is slightly agitated from 12.00. There is no bar on the beach, and it is not needed there, because it is 150-200 m to the bar on the territory.

Territory: very compact. Restaurant, bar, communal pool. And more about them.

Restaurant: the food is good, everything is in a moderate amount, because it is not logical to make more pickles in this hotel. The hotel is designed for a maximum of 200 people. Serving food on the Swedish line is done by staff. The dishes are behind a glass railing. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. Of the fruits were watermelons, melons, peaches, sometimes grapes. Once a week, the so-called "Turkish evening", with a large number of national Turkish dishes.

Finding a free table is not a problem, basically all the tables are in the open air at the restaurant and at the bar.

Bar: opposite the restaurant. Decent beer. Wine - for an amateur. Map of cocktails made from local alcohol. You can also order Turkish coffee here. Just behind the bar is a communal pool.

Pool: excellent sun loungers and mattresses. Also, there are no problems with finding a free place, when the hotel is full. Sun loungers are located near the pool, as well as on the green lawn around it. From entertainment at the hotel, only music. No club dances and other animation activities. There are no animators at all in this hotel!

Entertainment:
1. A'la carte. This is not a restaurant! This is the rooftop of the hotel, which has a terrace with excellent views of the coast and mountains. Once a week you can visit it for free and you will be treated to a seafood cocktail (there really is only a small shrimp), a fruit cocktail, and a glass of champagne.
You should definitely go for the sake of cool photos, and then run to the main restaurant and have a normal dinner.
2.3 times a week evening entertainment program for guests. We listened to live music (a great cover band! ), watched Latin American dances, and the “Turkish evening” in the restaurant continued with Turkish dances as entertainment (including beli dance in several performances, and with the guests dragging into this process).
3. From the hotel 2 times a week we run a free transfer to Marmaris (15 km). The bus leaves the hotel 2 times for the specified day, returns only 1 time, namely
- you can leave the hotel at 11.30, walk around Marmaris, and return at 16.30.
- you can leave the hotel at 16.30 and return to the hotel on your own (taxi 15-19 dollars).
Rooms: we booked the most ordinary Land View. But the hotel decided to please us with an upgrade. We were waiting for the room from 9 am to 11, and not like the rest of several couples, from 9 to 10 (I remind you that in general check-in is after 14.

00). They gave us a room with access to the pool (not shared) in the new building. Housing for 9 rooms. One long pool for all rooms. The rooms themselves are not large, new, without visible and invisible damage).
Main building on 2 floors. There are also a couple of rooms with access to a private (4 rooms) pool. There are rooms with direct and side sea views. I can’t say anything about their insides and sizes, but I assume that it’s no worse.

Staff: very friendly, cultured, not intrusive. But they only speak Turkish or English, not counting the Turkish girls at the reception.

Neighborhoods and excursions:
In walking distance (10-15 min) market. It looks like a shed, but inside there is EVERYTHING! Rylno-soap, clothes and shoes, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, alcohol, cigarettes - in general, a full-fledged mini auchan)
We chose 2 excursions: the Aegean Islands on a boat and an excursion to Dalyan. From the personal experience of an ex-tourist worker, these are the best options for this region.
A detailed description of the programs and photos can be found on the Internet.

If your options are:
- value for money hotel
- focused on 5 *, but without luxury frills
- rest without animation, without children
- if you are a couple and want a quiet romantic getaway.

This hotel, in this region, must be taken! We highly recommend!
