Perhaps in the past the service at this hotel was good. But now there is nothing left of him. Located in a purely environmentally friendly area with spacious rooms, the hotel is (or was before its closure due to bankruptcy on October 12) an example of the most disgusting management under the slogan "anti-hospitality and indifference".
I am deeply perplexed by the choice of this hotel by Coral Travel. because in terms of service this 4-star hotel is inferior to any family guesthouse in Germany that does not have stars, and 2-star hotel in Bulgaria.
Almost none of the services declared for this hotel, we have not received.
In the 21 all inclusive days that we spent there, there was not a single change of bed linen, and in order to get clean towels and toilet paper, we had to hunt for cleaners and ask from them.

For 3 weeks, the cleaners only 2 times removed the garbage from the basket. for some reason they appeared only in the afternoon, and without knocking on the door they opened it with their key. Then a strange thing happened: they either went to the bathroom to take out the basket, or immediately disappeared without a trace. The room was never cleaned.
The next day after arrival, we turned to the administrator with a request to change the room with access to a noisy street to a quieter one. He demanded $30 for it. Naturally, we did not, after which he defiantly did not notice us for the remaining days.
Curiosities with bartenders occurred regularly. Once the bartender asked for 3 dollars or 500 rubles when asked to pour beer, citing the fact that he had an old T-shirt. Constantly - both during the day and in the evening - beer or wine disappeared.
There were occasional power and water outages at the hotel.
The waiters throughout our stay were dressed in unclean everyday clothes - they also walked down the street in it. In recent days, they sat down to eat right in the hall, with tourists. The administration did the same.
The choice of food - especially for breakfast - was extremely limited. Fruit was served only at lunch and dinner. The coffee machine, operating on instant coffee, periodically failed. Tea was only from the tank. The dishes were not washed well.
In the last 3 days, instead of a buffet and a selection of drinks at the bar, each of the handful of Russian tourists remaining at the hotel received rations in the form of a plate in which some meat and side dishes were put, and could choose a glass of beer or wine. "Supplement" was not expected.
Drinks, as a rule, were served only in bendable plastic cups. WiFi was missing. When asked to contact Odeon Tours, the hotel reception refused.
The Odeon tours/Coral employee in charge of our hotel, after the informational conversation, never showed up again and never once asked about our problems.
And this despite the fact that most Russians did not speak English, and no one spoke Russian at the hotel reception. You can't demand from grandmothers from Kostroma, who came with a disabled relative, knowledge of English. And they, if not for other tourists, would be practically helpless, not having received a single answer to their questions from the hotel administration.

Finally, we received information about the return transfer to Dalaman airport only 3 hours before departure! And not in the form of a fax, but after long attempts at the reception - at our insistence - to find out something in Odeon-Tours / Coral by phone.
We have to admit that, by selling tours to a hotel that was on the verge of bankruptcy, Coral travel deliberately deceived customers, who were guaranteed the entire package of services in the all-inclusive mode and elementary attention to guests from both the partner company (Odeon tours) and and hotel management.
Yes, and you should choose hotels in Turkey more carefully, especially since Coral travel is managed by a Turk and this company is also owned by a Turkish company.
