We rested at the Calypso Hotel in Turunc in July 2017.
The road from Marmaris to Turunc takes 15-20 minutes by car or bus, but it is a very tough serpentine (!!! ). For a large number of tourists, this was the reason for the refusal of excursions by bus, because. no one wanted to experience such a road once again! Warm water only during the day, morning and evening - only cold. Air conditioning did not work in many rooms. The bed was NOT changed for a week even once (!!! ), the dust was not wiped either before us or during our stay, the floors were washed conditionally, but with a mop in the center. In general, dirt is everywhere in the hotel - in the elevator, in the halls, the mirrors and windows are all stained, it is generally impossible to be on the territory of the pool: after nightly parties, everything is flooded with various drinks, everything is scattered, cigarette butts on the floor, glasses in all corners, hair and garbage. And no one is going to clean it up. We came to the pool at 10 o’clock and, seeing such a garbage heap again, began to photograph it, then the bartender got up and began to wipe the tables and clean the ashtrays, but this did not change the situation much. And the floors have not been washed for a week!
