We arrived in Calypso on 07/22/18.
On the plus side:
- Huge, clean room with stunning views of the mountains and the sea.
- Delicious food (although many write that there is no meat - this is not true) For lunch and dinner, there is always chicken, or nuggets, meatballs, etc.
Lots of greens, delicious desserts, baked potatoes and French fries every day!
- The staff (bartenders, admin Jasmine, etc. ) are very good and helpful people, they will always help. But English will need to be tightened up, Russian is poorly understood.
Of the minuses:
- Check-in: we arrived at 5 in the morning, there were no free rooms, they said to wait until 8 in the morning, at 7 o'clock they fed us breakfast, a very friendly man came up and offered to have a bite. they say there are no cleaners yet, wait.
- Beach.
This is a separate and sore point of Calypso. The beach is small, there are 2 of them, one to the left, the other to the right, the one to the left is better, but there are sorely lacking sunbeds, there are 20-25 pieces on one and on the second.
