The staff speaks English, in Russian - only elementary phrases. They are always ready to help, but as they say they do not always have the opportunity. There is nowhere and nothing to iron clothes in the hotel - and this is supposedly 4 *. There is a laundry across the street, but the owner wants about 2 euros for ironing 1 unit. clothes. So take an iron with you if you need to. We were placed on the 6th floor with a mountain view. Beautiful! The room is large, clean, has air conditioning, TV, but immediately had to go to the reception to change the beds and add towels. They changed quickly. Previously, we read reviews about this hotel, where it was written that there is a certain pipe in it that constantly stinks. So yes, there is one, and we felt it on the very first day when we did not close the balcony for the night. Our assumptions: since gas in Turkey is Russian and very expensive, each hotel heats water with what it can - with firewood, coal, solar panels, etc. And this hotel is no exception. It was probably useless to swear about this, we adapted - we just closed the balcony door. Although the smell somehow seeped into the corridor and there in the morning (not every day) the smell was present. Television in the room is satellite, Russian-language channels found two (Russian).
There is also a safe, paid $ 15 a week. The room must be cleaned every day, linen changed every three days. Cleaned every other day, the linen was changed for the fifth after a complaint to the reception. In principle, complaints are responded to quickly, which is a plus. They gave the child a ball, just like that - it was very nice. The food is plentiful, a wide selection of greens and vegetables, there is little meat, mostly soy semi-finished products, the menu is quite monotonous, but given the number of different dishes, there is a choice. The waiters are polite and speak English. The pool is located on the 3rd floor. In my humble opinion, having such a water tank above the first floor is a big risk. And everything would be fine if he suddenly did not flow. It flowed so that on the first floor in the dining room it was pouring from the ceiling, people did not notice, slipped, fell. The manager came up, put a sign "wet floor", wiped everything, but the water continued to drip until our departure, it was constantly wiped. The guests of the hotel are mostly Europeans (British, Germans), many pensioners and disabled people, and of course citizens of the CIS. The hotel is quiet, calm, no drunken debauchery was observed, although one comrade was seen on the beach stormily celebrating the day of the border guard. Animation, discos in the hotel no. Once held "Turkish night" - fun and interesting. In general, if you don’t find fault with the little things, and also considering what a beautiful place it is located in and the price, then the hotel is quite normal.
