And now in detail)

Cons - by and large one: the hotel is "tired", and the owner has no money to keep it in shape. The renovation of 2014 along the way touched only the main building, and in the second everything is sad (((. Well, what is written about Club Armar has nothing to do with Club Next Inn (. That is, there is no hammam, no sauna, no bowling, etc. ((( Well, Wi-Fi is weak, yes, but in my case it's more of a boon ; -)

Enough of the bad, now the good

1. Location - Armutalan is still, yes, a sleeping area, so the noise did not annoy. Wake-up under the muezzin in half with roosters - I'm on a high, like exotic) To the sea 15 minutes on foot - this is if you want the sea. But with 4 pools in the hotel, what the sea is needed - as a result, they were on the beach once in 7 days)). There are a lot of cafes and shops in the quarter, a tour desk in the next house, car / scooter / bicycle rental nearby, a taxi rank around the corner - what else do you need? )

2.

Service - from 8 to 16 at the reception, Russian-speaking administrators Nargiz and Inna (girls, thank you so much !!! ), the rest of the time - runglish to help everyone, the staff understands Russian and communicates tolerably in English - in general, they reached mutual understanding always. Rooms are cleaned DAILY, towels are changed DAILY, bed sheets are changed every 3 days (I'm fine), the pools are clean, the bar is acceptable, but it can be better (IMHO the fact is that there were no permanent staff, bartenders and waiters were constantly changing, but then take). A nice bonus is the manager / owner / dude sitting in the corner at the sight of which everyone starts to run very fast (runglish to help you).

3. Food - Plentiful, and if you try only the familiar - TASTY)) The rest is at your own peril and risk)). Breakfast - divine, lunch - a pleasant move, dinner - a permanent zapara (alas, with the influx of customers, the waiters cope with difficulty).
A nice bonus - a chef in the hall, it was interesting to talk (again, runglish to help).

4. Total - for 700 bucks for two, it’s quite enough) We can go here again on a last-minute ticket, and if the new owner of the hotel plays tricks (and there are signs indicating a change of ownership), then we will come with pleasure! )
