Chickens and geese roam freely around the hotel in the area of ​ ​ children's animators and water slides. They shit on the paths along which barefoot children run, who in turn immediately jump into the pool. The stench in this area, especially in hot weather, is unimaginable. In the dining room "restaurant" is clearly affected by the lack of staff. Tables from dirty dishes are not cleaned within 30-40 minutes. After half an hour of opening, there is not a single fork, I had to eat with spoons. Huge lines of 20-30 people in the kitchen. A huge number of wasps. There is simply not possible. They bite 5-10 people a day. The beach area is dirty in the morning, under the sun loungers there are a huge number of glasses from drinks, including glass ones. Glass from broken glasses also comes across. Again, there is a lack of staff. at 10 o'clock in the morning all the sun loungers located near the beach and the pool are covered with towels or tied together with something similar to scarves. Accommodation by the shore or pool is not possible. The same happened. A business partner came to sign the papers. At the reception asked to find us. Called First Name Last Name and room number. After that, I was called to the reception and demanded to pay an amount equivalent to 100 US dollars. Their request was argued by the fact that a stranger entered the hotel. I want to note that the companion did not go further than the reception and was waiting for me in the reception area. Of course I refused to pay. Then the situation began to develop as follows. A girl named Alexandra came to us, she did not announce her last name and position in this hotel. Alexandra also began to insist on making an amount equivalent to 100 US dollars. Having received another refusal, the hotel staff called the police, who, after a short conversation, took my companion to the police station. We have blocked the number. Alexandra said that we would be evicted for violating something. What exactly she refused to explain. The fact that we have 2 children 6 and 10 years old from her words did not care. As a result, from 7 to 9 pm, the children spent in the reception area wrapped in towels and shivering from the cold after the pool. In total, at 9 pm, the wife, accompanied by 2 security guards, went up to the room for a card and paid the indicated amount. The beach line is terrible, it is difficult to enter the sea, large pebbles lie at the bottom. In some places, from the pier, metal objects are visible in the form of rusty pipes, wires and other objects that I do not understand. After what he saw, the desire to swim in the sea was completely gone. Alcohol is terrible. Normal drinks only for money. The hotel does not pull on 5 *, a maximum of 3 *.
