Just returned from vacation, rested with my husband and child in Fortezza Beach Resort 5 *. The first time we flew to Marmaris in the off-season, but I can definitely say about the rest that it was a success! I like it when there are few people, there are no queues anywhere, there are many free sunbeds, you relax both in body and soul. As for the hotel, it just pleasantly surprised us. The territory is not just big, but huge with vip-houses. Near each house swimming pools, playgrounds. The room, the one that we were given, “didn’t look good” to us, at our request it was changed to another one, with a picturesque view of the sea and mountains. We paid 10 lire for this. Everything in the room is as it should be, cleaning is impeccable and daily. The hotel has a lot of entertainment, it has its own water park where you can have a great time. Good animation for both children and adults. In general, this is an ideal holiday for children, only strollers are not available for rent. Various entertainment programs for adults, performances in the amphitheater, mini disco. I am not a fan of "seal" rest, I cannot sit out my life in a hotel, I need vivid emotions and constant activity. Therefore, we ordered several excursions from the local Daisy-tour travel agency (in their VKontakte group, it’s cheaper) and booked on the Internet before departure. This is what we always do based on our own experience in organizing our holidays. Absolutely delighted with excursions Dalyan with catching crabs, Pamukkale. We also took a taxi (30 dollars) on our own to the center, walked along the Mararis embankment, through historical places, shopping, and the market. We were a little unlucky with the weather, the sea is still a little cool, 18-20 degrees. But the sea is crystal clear, beautiful, access to the beach is fast and clean.
As for food, the hotel has several restaurants and bars. Excellent buffet (there is also Greek and Italian cuisine). There is a children's menu in the restaurants. Among the shortcomings is a small selection of alcoholic cocktails, I am not a fan of them, but I often heard that other tourists, especially Germans, were unhappy. Of the advantages of the hotel, I also want to note that the hotel has perfect wi fi - it's just super! Cons: Presence of mosquitoes. We had a 100% rest. We recommend the hotel!
