I had a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony (from the end of the hotel), from where you can partially see the sea and the beach, and on the other side the neighboring hotel.

Double room: 2 beds (comfortable bed, clean bedding), lamps above the beds, 2 bedside tables, ottoman, wardrobe, working air conditioner (no remote control, works on or off), a small refrigerator ( working, convenient, as I bought my own fruits and drinks), a small flat TV with different channels. 2 towels each, one-time slippers. Cleaning in the room (washed the floors) every day, towels changed when you throw them on the floor.

Shower room: toilet. (the handle on the brush is broken), a shower cabin (the doors were not on their skids, they had to be put in place), there is a common extractor hood, a washbasin with a bedside table and cabinets, all detergents were present (individual sealed solid soap, liquid soap, shampoo, balm and separately sealed cotton swabs and ear sticks). The bathroom is clean, cleaned every day.
It has its own beach with sun loungers (comfortable and relatively new) and umbrellas. The first two lines of sunbeds are paid (you need to buy a drink in the hotel cafe), the rest are free for hotel visitors (sunbeds are the same as on the 1st and 2nd lines). The beach is clean (there are urns between the sun loungers), min. 2 times a day, that is, a rolled cigarette butt was rare. One day in the evening I watched how local Turkish women (aged) came and clicked the seeds right on the sand (tourists do not allow themselves this), so in the morning everything was removed.

The hotel has Wi-Fi (works only in the lobby, restaurant). In the lobby there are sofas, armchairs, where, if necessary, you can surf the Internet.

Cuisine - breakfasts and dinners: the variety of dishes and the quality of products are not up to par, but you can eat, sometimes better, sometimes worse. If you don't like it, you can eat in cafes nearby, everything is relatively inexpensive, prices are approximately the same everywhere.

There are cafes, restaurants along the entire coastline, further along the Ataturk embankment there are various shops, souvenir shops, and tour desks.
